I called back after they called me twice. A woman picked up and said something like "Thank you for calling Company Convergence Outsourcing, this call is being recorded, how may I help you?" I said I was returning a call that I received from this number and she instantly hung up. To make sure I had not been disconnected, I called back and was instantly disconnected again. Very strange.

Called twice but hung up after I picked up. I called them back and a person answerd. I asked why have you called me twice in one hour and hung up on me. He said what's the number we are calling. I gave it to him and said I'll remove you number because I was NOT the one they were looking for.

message was from kelly smith. I clicked on 1 and some guy answerd .He did not know who kelly smith was..

Hung up.  Don't accept automated calls. Once you do, then they know they've got the right number and will keep CALLING!

they called, I live in LA and since it's a local number i answered... no body was on the other end, when i called back there was nothing on the other line.

Received numerous calls from this number & never answered, no message left. This is so annoying just want it to stop,

We have received several calls in the past 2 weeks on the car phone. Now they are calling several times per day always during business hours. I answered once and no one was on the line.

Convergent Resolutions was the company that called my home. they called to reach a deadbeat that is not paying his bills. This deadbeat happens to be my brother-in-law so I provided them with his actual phone number so that they would stop calling me. I think this is the proper action to take due to the fact he gave my number out as his. I hope they begin calling him and do not stop and he has cause this to occur to my home.

called and no msg left. i see the records here are over a year old so that means they are at it again. call blocked.

called me i did not answer , i called back and i got a mashine that says for me to " hold and a representative will be with me shortly that is is important that they speak to me "  I did nothold , i wish these kind of calls would stop .

This number, along with similar numbers only a few digits off, keeps calling me multiple times a day and is identified as “Convergent” by a spam app. This last time they left a 2 second voicemail where all you hear is office noise in the background. This crap needs to stop.

I've been getting calls from them for a while now. Called back today, it clicked as if answering, then went silent. BLOCKED!!!

They are desperately trying to re-start the clock on zombie debt more than 6 years old.

If you have no idea what zombie debt is, I suggest you look it up on Google. Do yourself a favor.

Well they would only be restarting it in those states where the SOL was less then 6 years.  In the states where it is more the SOL would still be running.
