Tried to say I was getting sued... really my company hasn't done anything to get sued by. Most lawyers would also just send the paperwork in the mail. Said they needed my ssn to verify I laughed and hung up on her. I am so not giving that info over the phone.

They called, I picked up, said hello twice and then they hung up on me. Worred it could be one of those places that charge you money and use your phone to call all over.

My husband received a call today asking for me but they used my maiden name. My husband asked who they were and they would not give any information but a phone number and told him that I better call in 1 hour or I was going to be going to be in trouble. I haven't called the number back but this really upsets me,  what should I do. thanks

someone calling for Lester Robinson. I have had this number since 5-29-2013 and Lester Robinson  is unknow to me.
Previously received calls for Jessica Thimish who is also unknow.

what a joke you cant not be served by phone and I've had multiple calls from this company using a lot of different numbers.
DO NOT GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION NEVER NEVER ESPECIALLY OVER THE PHONE.

do nothing a judge in king county once told me if a person isn't properly served do not participate and this company is a lair you can not call someone threatening them that's against the laws in most states. I've been thru this before i never gave my info and i got the guy in trouble that called himself a lawyer and he wasn't listed with the Texas state bar association neither so don't do nothing ignore them they want your personal info it's a phishing scam

I received a call on my cell phone which I NEVER give out to anyone besides friends and family.  I give out my home number only to everything else. Anyhow, I received a call from this number and a very hateful woman stating that I was being sued in a civil litigation matter and to avoid being served I had better call the lawyer back in one hour at 888-283-5896. Seriously?  #1 I have no idea why I would be being sued in a civil matter, #2 I called my brother in law, AN ATTORNEY, who stated that you do NOT receive calls that you are being sued....a process server serves you only after you have been notified by mail and do not respond.  #3 Neither of these numbers are legit companies when googled and researched.  If this was a ligit operation there would be NO need in not listing your number and company name.  BEWARE, brother in law said this could very well be the call in and get charges on your phone bill scam.  Laws were passed to stop them from calling you and doing it but now if they can get you to call them they can.  So WATCH OUT everyone!!!

Got a call from this number and i decided to look it up online. Sounds like a scam.

Got several calls and I don't answer those I don't know. So it paid off here it looks like.It comes in under U.P.S. so you think it might be them, but it just doesn't look right. Don't answer calls from people and places you don't know, if it is important they will leave a message.

They keep calling me too so I called back and get a message that the magic jack customer is not available and leave a msg. but mailbox is full (magic jack is untraceable) pretty sure this is a scam. Don't give out any info!

Sounded confused then asked me if there was anyone that could accept a legal document for my mother, needless to say my mother has been deceased for years nice try idiots!!

Received a call from Jennifer, at this number. She said there is a complaint against me and she's unsure whether its civil or criminal. She said She doesn't have access to that information because they need my social security number. She told me I need to call 1-888-283-5896 and was given a six digit file # to refer to. Jennifer started speaking very quickly at this point and I tried asking twice but then ended up screaming into the phone for her to slow down and speak normally! She said something like, "If they don't hear from you within that time frame then they open the case and start the legal proceedings." I mean, total [***], right? I laughed after she said that and just replied "Riiiiiight."  I Googled that 888 number too and it had the same complaints as this number. Also, Jennifer stated that she workes for "United SMB Processing Co." She also told me the purpose of her company is to notify the people before it goes to court. I'm thankful there are forums where uninformed people can be educated about the dishonesty and scam artists that are out there. I was going to call the number whebtave be but after looking but hem both up, there's no way in hell.

Received a call from 347-298-5411  demanding money because " my dad missed jury duty" Girl's name is Destiny Griffin , then another call from a Michael Riley. we are sending a sheriff to your house unless you pay us.
told us to call 855-366-5231. I know this is total B.S. since i work for an attorney.

They call me several weeks ago from U.P.S then hung up several times. Then When I picked up last week they ask me was I home so they can serve you some papers to come to my house. The lady said she need to know if I'm in the house so she can schedule U.P.S to come to my house. Today she called 347 298 5411 telling me I'm being serve about compliant against me and to call the lawyer so I can go to court. Sounds like a scam.

They called my house and said a sheriff's deputy was on the way to my house to serve me with papers in 1 hour if I did not call 1-855-366-5231 which is R&J Consulting Company. They give me a file #. I call this R&J and they say they are a law firm but they cannot open my file. It is corrupted. They ask me if they can call me back in 20 minutes and then they can tell me what I need to know to resolve my problem. I asked them who the other people were and they said they were a process serving firm. I live in FL. Why would a process server in NY be calling me? I think it is a scam. I will post more if I ever get a call back from this R&J place.

This is a scam!  I finally picked up this call and a woman said there was a complaint filed against me hahahahaha very funny bring a person that knows law.  You have to be served paperwork not told over the phone.  Please people do not give these people any information about yourself let alone call their 888 number or any other.  They also have the nerve to be using this app called Magic Jack that gives free numbers lol.  With that being said their using more than one number.
