David Gray from the US Treasurer  - To avoid prison time please act immediately

Call to avoid being charged with a federal crime. (Boy these people are old school if they think we fall for this)

Robo call (repeated 3x) from David Gray advising enforcement action by the US Treasury.  Received same call from him with different number a week ago.

Pretended to be "David Gray" from IRS/Treasury. Robocall threatening felony prosecution for taxes. Total Bull...oney.  I reported to www.irs.gov, which referred to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration. (TIGTA) Please report this scammer directly to TIGTA - (I'd put the link here, but you guys are as non-trusting as I am, and probably wouldn't click it anyway!)         :)

Message left that said to avoid prosecution from a federal magistrate we needed to call them back at 352 561-2042.  Message was partially cut off so did not get the name of the caller or company at the beginning of the message.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

This is the second phone number to call me this week. Making the same threat. I told him to go ahead and send the police. Said his name was Keith Marshall.

Call from Lady Lake, Fl around 10:30 this morning. Told me I was part of a federal investigation and told me to call this number. I have friends in Lady Lake, FL or I would never have answered the call. I just hung up before he finished.

Caller id showed Lady Lake, FL.  It was the Treasury fraud scam.  Caller left a message saying his name was David Gray but he didn't sound like a David Gray. A local fellow lost a big hunk of his life savings ($9000) to this scam recently.  Saw it on the local news last night.  The real shame is that politicians and law enforcement aren't doing much of anything to prevent this stuff.

This person is a scammer committing fraud.

Got exact same call, same person and same number today. Said it was 2nd attempt.

     Received a second call from David Gray today.  The first was from Allen , Ky. two weeks ago.  This one was from Lady Lake, Fl.  Both David Grays had different voices.  I don't know about the rest of you who received this scam, but my personal information was one of those hacked from the Federal Govt. OPM (Office of Personnel Management) a couple of months ago.  I think these calls may have happened because of the OPM hack.  I was notified by OPM that my personal information was involved in the intrusion and I was offered identity protection for three years.  If you have been contacted by OPM by snail mail, take advantage of the offer. Otherwise , you may have more serious personal identity issues beyond these phone scams.  It appears they also prey on the elderly and immigrants.

Me, too. Front of message was cut off, but heard avoid appearance before a U.S. Magistrate and face federal charges. Call............and let us help you.

Got two calls from this number, same subject. Obviously a SCAM call, probably wanting to fleece me out of money.

Same as above David Gray US Treasury - reported via trade commission website google "ftc complaint assistant" and selec impersonating a government agency.  I actually called them back today and woman had audacity to answer "US Treasury" ???!!!  When I told her to add my name to her do not call list and stop wasting my time with her bogus calls she hung up!!!!!

I received a similar call and reported it to Do Not Call list with comment that it appears to be a criminal threat.

Scam a crook and someone who wants to scare you and take your money. Block this no ASAP.
