Called 4 times in a row but left no message

Called three times within the last hour. Answered no one talked. Tried to call it back but my cell phone company says that I'm not allowed to call the number from my line. My phone line has no restrictions. Just wish they would stop calling me!

Modern technology has given telespammers the tools to call you.
Lawbreaking telescammers ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.

Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The most effective thing to do is to get a call blocking device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

Google "call blocker" for more information.  There are available apps (some free) for smart phones, and services and devices for landlines.

If you cannot use or afford such a tool, then:

• Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service.  Telespammers usually hang up after 3 or 4 rings.

• Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number, and make it more valuable to more spam groups!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete. If the incoming call was important, they would have left a message!

• If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scam" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group. (This also works for smartphones).  The spammer will usually hang up before the phone goes to voicemail.

• Another option, for cell phones:  Assign a "silent ringtone" as DEFAULT.  Then, assign your favorite ringtones to all known friends / family / business numbers.  That way, you will hear rings ONLY from those you wish to contact!  You will not hear scammers' rings, even if they change their number!  (This is also called "whitelisting", and will cause you to miss calls from non-whitelisted numbers).

I answered the call after them calling me for days...and some foreign guy answered laughing,then he told me I qualify for a government grant. I could use it for school or personal use...then he asked me a few questions but not many cause I told him I wasn't interested,then rudely he ask me why did I stay on the phone with him, so I hung up.

I get calls three times a day i just hit the f" u" button.

I just got a call from this number and I was pissed so I answered. His voice sounded like it was computerized and he told me there was something wrong with my computer. I said do you know what time it is? And he still says that there is a problem with my computer. I lied and said I don't even have a computer. I do but I haven't used it much since getting a smart phone.

21:46pm ..... Had the audacity to call our house, didn't leave a message, hmmmm.....  those leeches must not like answering machines!!!
Checked the no. with reverse lookup white pages..... "No. and area code NONEXISTENT"

This time I picked up, my verbal gun was loaded ..........
Oh,  he said in his foreign, indian or?? sounding accent, that he was from WINDOWS ..... about my COMPUTER  (that I DON'T have!!!)

Needless to say, he didn't have a chance to say another word as I was unloading my "Gun" on him, this is SICK!!!!

They have called us two nights in a row after 10:30 at night saying they are with microsoft.

They have called me several times and told me that muy computer had problems and they would fix it remotely  for   a fee.

Called saying that they were from Microsoft and my computer had a security risk

Received two phone calls today from this number.  I did not answer and there were no messages
left.   Is this area code Albania or U.S.A.

Left no message, but here is my message to the moron and loser who sets up these robotic calls. Your call is blocked with my call-blocking Panasonic phone.  And guess what àѕѕηθļє? No ring when you call back!  We will eventually win.  Just imagine if 300 of you creeps called 100 numbers each and nobody answered?  Assuming no duplicated numbers, that’s 30,000 phones that are not answered!  (i know you can’t do the simple math.)  so why don’t you go back to school and finish your 4th-grade education? So my phone is ringing 8:30am, I'm already running late for work! I see the number but name is "Unknown". For some reason, I answer anyway. This idiot I could barely understand tells me he's from Microsoft and my computer has been sending a signal and they need to fix it. LMMFAO!!! Really Tho?? So my genius [***] high tech laptop has been sending an S.O.S that it's in desperate need of a foreign guy to fix it through the phone?? On top of that, my computer also sent my damn phone number too?? Yeah Right!! Needless to say, I ripped him a new one!! Dafuk I look like giving somebody my IP address that called on the phone!! It's a scam all the way around! Of course, he hung up on me!! I called him back from my cell but I blocked my number. Their number wasn't even valid. SMH!! On top of that, the area code is all the way in Albanian!! This is soooooo sad! You know someone somewhere has fallen for this scam. Don't be fooled. Cuss their [***] out!

I just got called by them 3 times in a row, I answered it on the third time, And they told me They were with microsoft and there was an issue with my computer, That it was sending invalid signals to their system, They told me they would enter my computer and take a look at what was wrong, and then fix any issues the computer had. I responded with, "If you are with microsoft then please tell me the name my computer is registered under, and the serial number of my computer just so i can varify you are who you say you are"    They hung up on me and haven't called back since.

This number called.  "John" represented through his broken English that he was investigating the windows problem with my computer.  Total hoax, scam, fraud, etc.
