I get this number as well as one from canada from digitech. They call but if I answer I get nothing. Makes one worry that their snagging my line so I get billed.  I don't have contacts in either places.
They don't care the hour they call either.

I'm so over this number calling!  I don't even use the landline and have recorded a fax tone instead of a voice message on my voicemail.  I got the call around 9:30 the other night and it calls all day long.  SO OVER IT!

This number is from someone trying a scam. They have the last name right.  Then they procede to tell you about a virus on your computer. I just told the person its a shame they call. This is a hoax and a scam, there is no way he knows my computer and to stop calling my number. I hung up on him...so far ..no call back. They prey on the vulnerable.  They called an older friend and really worked her up. She called me and I explained it to her. Dont know how they got her name either.  More people need to answer this call and tell them we know their trying a scam.

Fake Windows Support scammers

THEY CALLED AT 8:10 A.M.  I tried to call the number back (but blocking my own number) and all I got was was one of those "system busy signals."  Never could get through.
