Did not leave a message. When I called back, got a recording that the call cannot be completed as entered.

Same thing as above.  I did not answer, they did not leave a message.  I did not attempt to call them though.  

They called me to inform me that the warranty on my vehicle was about to expire.  Except that when I pressed them for information about what vehicle it was that was going to expire, they had no idea.  Obvious scam.

I'm ont he natl do not call registry & they keep calling. i've blocked them. see if that works... but i'm not hopeful. evil. how does any "biz" like this make a dime? who the heck is buying this?

Probably won't work.  I got two calls 2 hours apart from two numbers:  470-333-7026 and 210-892-2450.  no messages.  I googled both and for both got similar information - car warranty expired, etc.  Scam.  block one they will use another.  i just don't answer any call that i don't recognize.

470-333-7026 was on my caller ID. Did not answer. Did not call back. Do not know the #.

Calling 2 times daily for a month.  I've asked to  placed on do not call list and they  up on me and continue to call and harass me.

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.

Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The most effective thing to do is to get a call blocker device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

Google "call blocker" for more information, or visit Amazon or similar sales site.

If you cannot afford or use such a tool, then:
* Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service

* Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.

* If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scammers" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group.

* Another option, for both smart and "dumb" cell phones:  Assign a "silent ringtone" as DEFAULT.  Then, assign your favorite ringtones to all known friends / family / business numbers.  That way, you will hear rings ONLY from those you wish to contact!  You will not hear scammers' rings, even if they change their number!

Have received several calls from this number.  They never leave a message. I am on a 'do not call list'....guess it doesn't matter as I get several calls from unknown numbers.

Called me a few times so far, haven't been able to pickup. Seems to be from a company in regards to my car warranty (I have been receiving mailings as well). I hope to be able to pickup at some time, so I can tell them my warranty wont expire for the coming few years... idiots

Calls regularly from this number.  I quit answering them about a year and a half ago.  The calls were regarding the warranty expiring on my new car.  

I am on the federal do not call list also but I am getting phone calls from scammers trying to sell vehicle warranties.  

called my cell which I only give to friends/family. Just blocked the #. If you have smart phone you can do this.

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also.  I have asked Admin to redact your phone number, although they may not be able to get to it right away.  

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can Google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

call is from 470-333-7026 and claims to be "Brian from Listen Technologies" and wants to talk about our Google Ad Words account. Unable to call the number back. There is an actual "Listen Technologies" and I have contacted them - they claim this is not them.
