Called twice today.  Hung up on them because I knew it was a scam.

It was an automated speech and said they were the IRS and they were suing me. Bunch of BS.

Just got the same call.  Said the IRS was going to sue me and this was my last warning.  I'm sure that if the IRS was going to sue me, surely they wouldn't notify me by automated phone call. Obviously a hoax!

Robocall saying the IRS is going to sue me.  Really???  Try it.  Go ahead and make my day!!!

Same issue for me TOTAL SCAM!! Called me 4 times now today, GFYS

they call 3 times a day. it is a scam totally .  say they are going to sue, they will come arrest you
come on . I said I have gotten nothing in the mail and hung up

today i received 2 calls' left a recording from internal revenue services' planning to file a law suit against me.,a crime never happen, we already aware of this scam,  these callers from others sources , was posted on facebook, and other web sites, 2 months ago to let me know, they out to get your social sercurity number and credit cards, never give out personnel information over the phone,or give them your credit card number, cash, or check..

Got one of these IRS lawsuit messages x2.  This is not how the IRS contacts taxpayers!!

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
