Foreign man calls and tells me that the IRS is issuing a warrant for me in two hours.  I told them that I know it's a scam and hang up.  One minute later calls again screaming at me telling me that they are sending police to my home immediately to handcuff me...

Typical behavior of these criminals, throwing temper tantrums and making threats they have no intention of following through on. Good for you for calling their bluff and hanging up. If everyone did this, they would be out of business in days.

I found a message on my phone. A woman's name stating she was from state police headquarters. she said there was a warrant out for my arrest and left a phone number that was hard to interpret.  I called state police and then called the number. they said the warrant was out because of the IRS.  I told them I would call IRS and he tried to get info from me. I hung up.  the man had an indian accent

I had this number:(509)9780597 call me yesterday saying they were Cash credit America, as I was talking to this guy, he told me they have to electronically put $1000.00 in my bank account, wait 2 hours, then they would pull it back out of my account. I informed him they are fraud and I have already called the police and reported them. He said if they were fraud they have all my information and would just take what they wanted. I told him- Go ahead- I have fraud prevention through my credit union, you don't scare me. He hung up. TODAY, I got an "official" offer letter in my email from Citi Financial for $5000.00 stating they are with the BBB. I decided to call and see what they say. I started off about the offer letter and asked if they require any kind of bank transfers before the loan can be processed. He told me- Ma'm you already know. I asked him- What do I know? He said- Everything, goodbye, and he hung up the phone! If this isn't FRAUD, I don't know what is. They are going by multiple company names and multiple different numbers. BE CAUTIOUS, BE AWARE! FRAUD IS RUNNING RAPID!

Recorded voice Kevin Williams from "State Police" telling me there is a warrant out for my arrest and that I will be taken into police custody. Assumed it was a scam and looked up the number to find people have had similar experiences.

Exactly same person, Kevin Williams from "State Police", left voicemail on my telephone telling me there is a warrant out for my arrest and that I will be taken into police custody.

Also claimed to be Kevin Williams State Police. I have warrant for my arrest. Funny mentioned know name and or what state and sounded like a Robot.

I received a call today and they left a message saying that a legal lawsuit has been filed in my name and that an arrest warrant has been issued. Message said to call them back at 5099780597.

They just called me talking about the IRS going to sue me and somebody going to come serve me the warrante and Im going to be in jail. they call from 509-978-0597 I hung up the phone. It was a India man. A scam!!!!! dont fall for it.

Same crap. States the IRS is filing a lawsuit and to call their "legal attorney department." Scam call. Left an automated voicemail.

Called and left an automated message saying the IRS was issuing a lawsuit against me and I ahd to call them back at: 509-978-0597

Called and left voicemail stating "a lawsuit was being filed against me" and to call IRS legal department back...hmm, I file my taxes every year and I KNOW I don't owe anything.  IRS has no record of me owing anything either.  Local police and IRS have been notified, this is a scam.  Please beware!

I got the same today. First of all the IRS doesn't sue people, that was my first clue. If you owe money, they will send you a bill. I dont owe any money. Third, when I answered the call no one said anything @ then the recorded message came on in a delayed manner. Fourth, the IRS doesn't have you call their legal attorney department @ they don't call you.

Yes, total scammer, these guys should be out in Jail!

I agree with that, but most of these calls are coming from India and Pakistan. We have no jurisdiction in those country's.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
