Never agree to that.  They send out a couple of guys to your property and then try to high-pressure you into buying a much larger unit.  Almost have to call the police to get them off your property.

Called from Austin Texas. I hang up any phone call from numbers I don't know, it called back 2 seconds later, hung up again then called again, after three times I just ignored it and did not call back for about 5 minutes then it started again, please advise.

Called during day.  When answered after third ring no response to my "hello."  No bcaller I'd info given.

Call from 512-204-9656 was repeated , my phone is on a no-call list, nothing ever solicited from this number.  Web says it's a scam. They try to sell a security system.

Received on my cell phone. did not answer as I have an ID App that warned me it was a scam.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Got the call last Friday. Automated message looking to sell Security equpiment. Hung up after hearing the bot trying to sell me. Lmao. Did not call them back.

TOTAL SCAM.

Security System scam out of Austin, TX - put a security system in for advertising only. Salesmen attempt to sell you a MUCH higher priced unit upon appraisal. Supposedly a part of ADT. but ADT has never heard of them!

Got a call from this number. Did not answer and they did not leave a message. Gee wonder if it's a telemarketer?
