Collection agency, tells you they are lawyers and going to file a lawsuit.  Thy re big time scam artists! Check out their BBB report - LOTS of complaints.   Russell Baker at this place said he is an attorney.  I went to texasbar.com to see - cant find that name as a licensed attorney.  They need to be reported as preteending to be attorneys.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

Debt collectors

This idiot "Steve Hall" called my home number from 512-646-2503, he was asking for someone. I told him he reached a private residence. His response? "Don't you think I know what I'm doing? Well, I'm going to call (my wife's name)."

Then I told him, "You are not calling my wife. Besides, if you knew what you were doing, you wouldn't even call her, you idiot."

Surprise surprise, he also left my wife a VM, asking to call him at 972-808-7690. Some people need a real job.

"justin" called and asked for my boss.  I told him he wasn't in. he said he would call back tomorrow.  i started quizzing him and he said he had a note to call my boss.  i asked him his company and he gave the name tucker.  i asked him what kind of business it is because i'm not familiar with them.  I asked him where they are located, and he said dallas, then he hung up.  after finding them on here and on the bbb with complaints, and on the ripoff report, i'll know even more about how to handle "justin" tomorrow, when he calls, which I'm sure he will.

The man I believe  his name was Russell, Call my husband and was trying to sell their services to us for collections of our past due invoices.   My husband says we normally do not have to collect. Our customers pay us within our terms if not we handle it.  If we do have a hard time collecting with then put them on a pay at the time of repair or do not do their work.   We have never in the 10 years of being in business not been paid.   The man said don't blow me off like you do other people.  I do not believe that!   The man raised his voice and wanted to argue.   First we have no reason to lie. Second if he wanted our business that was not the way to get it!!!!

So this guy named Justin says he works for Tucker & Associates and they can get our money for clients that don't pay on time. I said we're not interested and the proceeds to be extremely rude and wants to talk to someone in our corporate office. Basically they are scum of the earth.....

Guy named Justin called looking to speak to owner of a business that we do not have, said he works for Tucker & Associates. He  said he will try back tomorrow, I said good luck with that and hung up. The number is now blocked!

These guys are idiots, Operate illegally according to collection laws. I asked who was calling and the lady claimed she did not have to tell me who she was with. Keep on reporting them, shut them down

His name is Justin from tucker & associates. Wants to collect our debt customers for us and we when we tell him we don't have any he gets rude and pushy. Every time we hang up on him. Last week when one of our associates finally said we don't need your services and hung up, he actually called back and we just never answered. Caller ID, Love it.

I work for a tree company - they called up looking for an old manager - and wanted us to bid work...I asked for an address and a contact name & # - all he gave was his first name - Justin.  Company he said was T.A  Contracting......BOGUS!!!!

Justin wanted the company owner, when I inquired who he was with he mumbled a name, I asked what his company did and why he was calling.....I got dead air.

Guy called asking for the person in charge of our credit department.  I hung up and he called back immediately and start harassing me as to why I would hang up and I should go to hell.  Said he was with Copeland Financial.  I can't believe anyone uses their services.

This guys are 1st class scram artists. They will work for you and best believe if they don't collect, you will will move from client to debtor real quick!

The personal info may of been obtained as a result of the hacking of the Blue cross Blue shield health insurance data base or more recently a possible hacking of Obama Care federal data base. in my opinion.
