they keep changing numbers , I have blocked over 100 of them . Us  Pharmacy keeps calling will not quit, a bunch of scum telemarketers.

I have blocked 130 of these calls in last 60 days

They call and I tell 'em I don't need no upjohn pills. I stopped answering but they still call. It's their nickle.

8/31/2015   Called ----- BIG scam out of India ----- Buyer beware ----- our government is on to this ---- they use magic jack --- so cannot easily trace calls ---- drugs come out of India and are Not FDA approved -----   Said their company name is Tech Serve out of Houston --- low rent! Company does Not exist ----- beware!!!!

This is a business phone. I give the phone to my secretary & she tells them her "husband died". This has reduced the calls to between 3 & 8 a day! One scumbag actually said "well you're alive" & tried to sell her on meds.

This phone number called me saying they are from a pharmacy and what pills I consumer. When I said I don't consumer any he called me a liar. [***] harassing scum bag.

I get these pharmacy telemarketers pretty much every single day. I just hang up but would like to be able to stop these calls. I've registered with the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY some time ago but still get these.

The Do Not Call Registry is not a magic switch attached to your phone line, that will block calls.  It is NOT a call blocking service.

The DNC list can help stop calls originating from legitimate, registered telemarketers who have paid to subscribe to the list.
* Your calls were not from legitimate, registered telemarketers.
* Therefore, the DNC list cannot stop those calls.

The DNC list does not automatically block calls.  Instead, it provides a list of  "do not call" phone numbers to telemarketers who registered their businesses with the FCC, and who pay a fee for the list.  The DNC list administration is supported by these fees.

The DNC list exempts political callers, survey organizations,  charities, and companies with preexisting business relationships, as well as debt collectors and certain nonprofit organizations, but these organizations usually have their own, internal Do Not Call list (ask them).

The DNC list is not effective against criminals, spammers and scammers, because those telescum are not registered, do not subscribe to the DNC list, and do not care if you are on or off that list.
It can stop calls from legitimate telemarketers, and it does a pretty good job at that.  Just think ... if there were no DNC, you would be receiving incessant calls from BOTH legitimate and spamming telemarketers!

If a caller does not leave a message, the call is NOT a violation of the DNC rules!

The DNC itself has no enforcement authority - they forward complaints to the appropriate agency.

I picked up but no one was on the line, meaning it is a auto call.....telemarketer.  Like everyone else, I am on the do not call registry, so legitimate companies don't call me.  Only the crooks, scammers and overseas companies call me now. What joy is mine.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.
