I received a disturbing call from 513-426-9551 saying that they have issued an arrest warrant for me.  I was and still am upset.  I saved the voice mail message to report to local police department.

i got the same thing, saying they had a warrant for my arrest and that they wanted me to give them my credit card number over the phone. I told them i was going to my loca lpolice station and they said fine they would send the papers to the judge for my warrent. I think they tried to scare me with that but i;ve been scammed before so i wasnt going thru that again. Went to my station and they said most likely scammers trying to rip you off and no i did not have a warrent for my arrest

DId any one have charges filed agaist them from this company. I have been on the phone with them for 20 mins. now. How did they get all my information? they have an old bank account number of mine???

They called my father in law yesterday and told him that they could stop the judge from signing my warranty if he could get me to pay the $1685.60... It upset him to the point he was going to give me the money to pay. I told him no, it was a scam. I have called the FTC, and the BBB. Pull an alert on my ssn. This is pissing me off!!!!

rec'd call on my cellphone and place of employment from 513-426-9551 stating he was Richard Delgado from the NFIA-National Fraud Investigation- with regards to a loan in Lancaster County PA....would not supply me with information, wanted to transfer me to his supervisor-he only makes the calls...told him he has 5 days to send me whatever information he has in writing. then I hung up..he called my place of employment again, went to voicemail...he did not leave message

I received a call from a man by the name of Richard Delgado. He claims there is a warrant for my arrest and said that either I or my attorney needed to call him as soon as possible to take of the problem. He left a case number and wished me luck. If this Richard guy did not know that it is Labor Day and 95% of colledtion agencies or whatever they are are closed on holiday's. I've had a problem with something like this before and was wondering if anyone else out there has received a call from this guy too? he call from 513-426-9551. He even called my place of employement and left me an urgent message with my boss with all the same information he left me on the voicemail too.

As early as possible it's critical to determine if your collector is domestic or yet another South Asian faker. The former you can sue into submission; the latter tend to be out of reach. That said, "National Fraud Investigation" sounds like one of the myriad fake business names used by the foreign frauds which are meant to sound frighteningly official or governmental.
