I was contacted about a job opening in managment, and told little else. Melissa, the woman that called me was kind of short and vague. So, I searched the name and found out that it was an insurance company. I thought that there must be some kind of mistake, I'm an electrician. So, I searched the address and found the site above. It has seven pages of complaints about this company. It appears that they search Careerbuilder, Monster and Craigslist for resumes.

I received a call from this number and I missed it but when I called back there was no answer and I got a voice mail for Melissa. Just like the posting from Rick M. I think it could be from Career Builder because I have had about four calls from insurance type work since I've enrolled on Career Builders site. I never even applied for any insurance jobs so I think it's b.s. If it was a legitimate company then why would Melissa call and not the business phone. How many companies call you for a job without leaving a message??? With all of the scams going on who wants to give a complete stranger their social security number and other information just because they say they have a job opening for you???

I received an email saying that my resume was found on Monster.com and he just had to contact me immediately to arrange an interview.  When I called the number I received a message saying the voice mail
box was full.

I also received an email regarding an opportunity for employment.  I am registered on Career Builder and Monster, along with about 25 other employment websites.  I am so glad that I looked the telephone number up before taking any action.  Thanks to the above responders, I won't waste my time on what seems like one of several scams for employment I have received.

Also check the number 1-248-687-7790.  I recieved a message today from Pat as well.  It said he wanted to discuss my recent resume Monster.  I did not apply to any jobs from the company he said he was with, American Income, and I cannot find much info on it either.  It does NOT sound legit.  I will not be returning this call.  It is the second one I have gotten this week from Monster that was a scam.  I wish they would monitor their site.  This is a total waste of my time.  I need a  REAL job.

Here is an email that I got with the title of "Our job opportunity is still available. Respond now."

I got the same exact message Diane, thanks for posting......I wont bother with it either.
