Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.

NO ONE HERE IS!

I am a month late on my payment.  I cannot pay-catch up until my next payday (1 month).
I have pages and pages of missed calls from this number 610-297-8671 daily on my work phone.  They call non stop and disrupt my regular business.  Isn't this against the law??
