No clue who this is, but they call me multiple times daily, no message, at least once a week.

I have no debt haha so Its not a collection agency/bill collector.

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.

Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The most effective thing to do is to get a call blocking device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

Google "call blocker" for more information, or visit Amazon or similar sales site.

If you cannot use or afford to buy such a tool, then:

• Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service

• Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.  

• If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scam" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group.

• Another option, for both smart and "dumb" cell phones:  Assign a "silent ringtone" as DEFAULT.  Then, assign your favorite ringtones to all known friends / family / business numbers.  That way, you will hear rings ONLY from those you wish to contact!  You will not hear scammers' rings, even if they change their number!  (This is also called "whitelisting").

It is iron mountain calling...

Iron Mountain customer care.

Called me three times in a row - I'm on the other line and can't hang up.  Very poor customer service for sure!!!!

4 calls in June, one so far in August.
Asking for someone I've never heard of; can't seem to get it through their heads that I'm not it.
Repeatedly asked them to remove my number from their database; no help.

This call was from Iron Mountain Customer Care calling to confirm some information about a case our company had open.

Legitimate call from Iron Mountain Customer Care.  Not spam.

this number calls and should stop  610) 831-2600 - they are not clear about their request and they are asking for the mgr name - if this is marketing, they should contact HO - not individual locations.

Wanting sensitive information

Received a voice mail message from them today regarding a box that I sent to Iron Mountain for storage.  They need more detail in regards to the form that I filled out.  This is a legitimate call.
