They caller id him self as Justin from Financial services and asking for a person who do not use nor have this number. I cannot understand how they can call all day long and not listen to the name on the voice mail. They do not pay the phone bill so stop harrassing people.

I have no buisness with this person and he continues to call me. He is a foreigner who is harrassing people who have purchase a vehicle  from him and are not behind in payments at all to refinance the vehicle to lower payments that will make the vehicle long to pay off.  His car buisness was shut down for fraud and he is using his contacts numbers to harrasse people.

ts a fake number generated to look like its coming from Boston....anyways, if I dont recognize a number, I dont pick up and if you dont leave a message, I am not calling you back...plain and simple. Answering scam calls lets them know they have a working number and they will never stop calling. If you dont answer they will move on.

I wish these people would die.  I have gotten 10 phone calls from this number since noon and it's only 3:00 now.  I don't answer and it keeps ringing.  Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.  Don't answer, it can't be good.  If I don't know the number I won't answer and they never leave a message.

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.

These people are calling 6-8 times a day. They have strong Indian accents. The first guy was supposedly telling me that he was with some national insurance network informing me that my insurance carrier rates will be lower. He kept insisting it wasn't a sales call, but wanted me to verify all kinds of personal information which I did not do. My number is on the donotcall registry.

This number has called 3 times in the last hour. No message. I don't answer if I don't recognize the number.

Not necessarily, I just got 2 calls back to back; one at 11:42am and the next at 12:01pm and yesterday at 5:20pm... I wish this guy would stop calling me !!!!! I don't answer but they still call.... how can I get it to stop?

This number calls 8-10 times a day. I do not answer it but they keep calling. If I do not know a number, I do not answer it. If they do not leave a message, then I do not call them back.

Calls minimum of 5 times a day. My cell phone voicemail recorded caller talking to another cell phone receiver. They asked him if he drove a 2009 Hyundai and said they were from auto network insurance. Receiver did in fact own said vehicle. The other person kept asking them to stop calling and the caller said "are you sure" and continued taking. Wonder if anyone has gotten far enough to see what they really want. I had my car serviced by a local Hyundai dealership here in Michigan and can't help t wonder if it's related. Strange coincidence.

They called repeatedly, dummy me, because I stressed over a family matter and not thinking straight, I answered the call. I had ignored it before. They claimed to be from State Farm (my auto carrier), and asked me if I still had my minivan, if it was my name, birth date and I said 'yes'. They didn't ask for any other information and this is all info anyone can get off the internet. I did, however, call State Farm and their customer service person gave me the phone number for the National Insurance Crime Bureau (800-447-6282) and suggested I call & report the number. I have called, but it is the weekend and no one is there. I left a message and will call again Monday.
