i got calls from this number and they stole my money do not trust them they will steal from you and make up a fake law suit for no reason but to take your money.

who is this business? His name is Shaun Marsh, speaking in a very thick accent! telling me i need to have my attorney or myself call him asap, because he couldn't help what could "unfold" next! he had a robot voice, and he left me a message on friday at 12pm. He told me all he could do is wish me goodluck?

how did they steal your money?

This is a version of the you-have-committed-a-crime extortion scam and you are being...
1. summoned/investigated/charged/whatever with fraud/embezzlement/passing_bad_checks/whatever or
2. served with a court_summons/arrest_warrant/bench_warrant/whatever or
3. located in preparation to_be_served/for_a_lawsuit/to_be_arrested/whatever or
4. sued for cable TV usage that you've been stealing for years or
5. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

And you have to...
1. call back with your case number or
2. confirm your address/birthdate/SSN/whatever so you can be served or your papers processed or
3. pay $895 now to avoid paying $5,000 in court or
4. whatever stupid crap reasons they will think up next.

Beware extortion scams come in many flavors and they constantly evolve to stay one step ahead of the law.

The scammers scare victims into paying via credit card or Western Union to settle a fake debt that would otherwise end up in court. It's all a lie. There is no debt or court.

Calling to say a lawsuit was filed against me very rude.
Never heard of company they said was filing law suit told me to shut up and give them my attorney's names was very bad accent is a scam all the way.
They need to be dealt with them selves.

I also  got a call from this number. he told me his name was Ryan Robertson and that I had a pending lawsuit against me. He put me on hold, and while on hold i was talking to my friend saying I thought it was a scam, as I am a good person and have not been in trouble. He came back on the line and told me that it "was not a scam and the department of social security would not lie" and then i hung up. so he called me back and immediately got an attitude with me. I told him not to call ME and then get [***] he called me a "[***] [***]" and I hung up. He never called back. My friend ended up calling and he was rude to her, she tried to get his name which he lied about, the company name, which he lied about. He said he was through winston and associates but the number is registered to a "ovation communications" my friend called him out on his lying and he called her a [***] and wanted to know how much she charged. then followed it up by making gross moaning noises and told her that was the sound of her "getting raped by 20 white guys and 30 as he said, [***]" My friend told him that he couldnt be a law firm because they  wouldnt treat people that way. She hung up and called back. Someone else answered and that person told her that he didnt have any thing in the system for her and she said what about my alias and gave him my name to which he said there was nothing in the system.

These people are [***] rude and need to be arrested for fraud.

This person called me yesterday and said the same thing. He was telling me he was gonna send local authorities to my job and everything. Somebody please tell me what should I do?

this number called left me a message saying i had to call hi back right now and if not he wish me luck and god bless he said his name was micheal something i barely understood him

I am receiving calls from this number and have absolutely no reason for these folk to call me.

hello i got a call from this number his name is john miller but yet his accent tells me he is not from here. he keeps calling me and harassing me and telling me he is going to arrest me so i contacted one of the websites on both the numbers if you guys get a call from a number 410-834-2592 her name is vicky willson report her to. all they care about is money if i owed money i would get a call from a legal firm not from someone who can not speak English and plus they sound like machines. BE CAREFUL they are harassing my boss my mom and my self.
