Said I was going to jail for late taxes then call me a MF

Got a voicemail stating I had a Tax fraud claim against me when I called back the person who answered starting cursing at me when I asked for the company name then hung up on me when I said I'd be reporting them

Called leaving me this message. The nature and the purpose of this call is to inform you that we have received a legal petition notice concerning a tax against you still before the matter goes to the Federal claims court house or before you get arrested. Please call immediately on our hotline division number that is 646-517-4770. Make sure you call us as soon as possible.

Got the same phone call today saying I owed 10,000 in back taxes and they would only take a minimum of 2,000 or else the police would be called . thank god for Google total scam!!

I received the same call yesterday stating they was a case against me with the IRS and I told them [***] to scam someone else because I don't owe any money to the IRS and he got angry and said he was sending the police to my house

Called me saying i owed money. Im a kind person and they continued calling me herrassing me. Smh had a 3rd word accent.

This guy is full of crap and I called him on his US Treasury statement and said they were fake and that the number was not the US Treasury and he said - "Who told you".  I said I looked you up - you idiot - and he hung up on me!  LMAO!

LOL! Some of these extortion scammers have been known to actually send in shills trying to further the silly obnoxious extortion scam. Quickly nabbed by regulars here in most cases. Most of these calls and a lot of other scams from medical scams t fake government grants.

Do a search on call blocking devices and phones.If its a cell phone, there are free call blocking apps out there including trac & straight talk.

That number called me saying I owe money for a tax fraud and that I have to call back before I get arrested. I was scared because I'm only 14 and I shouldn't be paying any taxes yet but when I called back there was no answer.

I received call this morning- stating we were being sued by the US Treasury and we had to  call this number immediately or would be arrested.  I did not return the call.

Call saying they were from US treasury and had a legal tax fraud against me.  No name just to call back at this number.  Didn't call back because I already know it's a scam.
