Calls from any number I don't recognize go to voice mail.  If they don't leave a message, I check sites like this to see if others have received calls.  If the number appears to be a spammer, it goes to the block list and future calls won't even ring.  Problem solved.  (Thanks, Bradley!)

Rude and aggressive telemarketer for some energy company. How can I make this stop?

Just got a call from them--didn't answer and they left no message. I mark all these types calls as DO NOT ANSWER.  Problem solved until they find a way around it.

Illegal telemarketing company selling solar panels.  I just made an appointment with these idiots.  I am recovering from knee surgery.  I am stuck at home anyway for the next week.  They waste my time I will waste theirs.

They just called and the "rep" said, laughing "do you have a red nose & clown make-up?" in a very juvanille manner then hung-up. I am in legitimate telephone sales & don't appriciate how what they are doing reflects on legal call centers with qualifes reps/leads.  Plus if that was their best sales call they won't be in biz long. Working to physically locate this outfit and turn them in to the Federal Trade Commission. If others will do this they should be fined out of biz in no time. I believe they post help wanted ads on OC cali craigslist under customer service jobs. The Federal building is right there in Santa Ana as well. Easy commute for the owners to appear before a Federal Judge;)

got call from this number 657 205-0384.  from Santa Ana.  they knew my last name on the voicemail. did not pick up. tried to call back and this number is not is service.  not that the economy is low, there is an increase of jobs in the telemarketing. will have this number blocked on my panasonic phone.  there should be a new law that stops all telemarketers.  

The caller identified himself as a representative of the National Renewable Energy Center. He wanted to have a representative come and give me a free quote on solar panels. They have called several times before and they have ignored my request to put me on a "do not call list."

The "National Renewable Energy Center" is a telemarketing front for A1 Solar Power, a solar company with several branches throughout California.

I did not answer; they did not leave a message.  When will these IDIOTS figure out most people will not answer their unsolicited calls.  This is just harassment.  I am seriously thinking of getting rid of my landline so I can have a peaceful day.

Thank you Tamianth for the call blocking website - it is something I will look into.  I am a retired citizen a bit uncomfortable with these new technologies, but I am ready to give it a try!

This number is texting me about a craigslist ad, I called them a scam and they are now threatening me. Telling me I will be dead before I know what happened and I will never cyber bully someone again. Didn't know not wanting to ship something across the country or not wanting to use paypal (which is how many people are getting scammed now) was a form of cyber bullying. I live in Ohio and they were wanting me to ship a wedding dress to California.
