they call my house ten times a day at least. month after month. I am on do not call. I have solar already. I have asked them many times to stop calling me and take me off the list.  they keep repeating that they are not selling anything which is a lie.  This time I asked the guy the name of his company and he didn't know! Where is the headquarters. He didn't know. I asked for the supervisor and he hung up but not before i heard a pit boss in the background screaming and berating the callers to be more aggressive! Time to call the Cal Atty General.

Asked to be removed from list.  Still calling 3 to 4 times a day.  Some sort of energy program

I get a call from these dirt bags 3-5 times a day. I have caller ID and do not answer.

Group of Israeli mercenaries run 7 of 8 solar installation branch offices under the name of A1 Solar Power and feed their one-call-close sales crews the leads they get from these telemarketing efforts, based out of the back rooms of their Van Nuys headquarters in a telemarketing sweat shop staffed by tattooed junkies, and other desperadoes.

A1 denies any affiliation with the telemarketing business, which is not only literally hidden behind their corporate offices, but also legally hidden behind a different corporate name.

Very sleazy operation in the round.

Works like this: they get in the house by promising free systems, or huge rebates, or both, then pressure people not familiar with solar into highly overpriced contracts with bogus discounts and worthless 'rebates.' Then they hope their marks don't talk to other companies before the 3 day cancellation period expires.  About 50% of everything they sign, the lucky ones, cancel the next day or as soon as the sales person leaves the house, which us often 4 or 5 hours after they arrive. This is considered the cost of doing business this way, and they don't care except for the obey thet don't get from these folks. The rest of their customers get substandard installs do eBay untrained, sometimes unlicensed, subcontractors, who routinely work within routines rife with permitting, leakage, labor, and material problems. For their part, the sales person are told to never look back, and the person answering the customer service line purposely knows even less about what us going on. This is all part of the plan.

They don't plan on being around longer than it takes to fleece most of the sheep, so they don't care that they are giving solar a bad name.

Too bad for solar, and A1's customer.

I hope they can be put out of business.

2 calls per day for the last 2 weeks I've asked to be removed from their list both times I got to speak MAKE IT END

Here it 3/17/14, and they are still around.  They have been 2 to 3 times a for the last couple of months.  I don't pick up if I don't recognize the number, and so message is left.  Caller ID say ST Helena.  It's very annoying and yes, I am on the no call list.

These people were stalking us too.. File a police report then give the report number to your phone company.. They will go in and block the Real number they are calling from..

Anybody who has been called by this number or is being harrassed by A-1 Solar's telemarketing vendors can try contacting the Business Consumer Alliance and lodge a complaint on their website: http://www.businessconsumeralliance.org/report/a-1-solar-power-100107330 . They will mediate your complaint with A-1 and A-1 will contact you and their marketing company to take you off the call list.  A-1 reports that they are implementing changes in their telemarketing oversight—we will see if the calls actually stop, because I just received another one this morning. Despite what some may feel about Business Consumer Alliance and their past history, it is really the only viable progress I have made in contacting contact A-1 to get their telemarketers off my back. If you are on the DNC, you should also lodge a complaint with the FCC, but realize that it will probably be an very long time before it pops up on their radar, since the numbers are spoofed and not everybody who complains knows that A-1 is the source of all these calls. Blocking numbers is ineffective—these telemarketing vendors spoof and rotate their numbers, so you will keep getting calls ad nauseum.

Maybe, I will book an appointment then change my address. Have them come out and it be bogus.

The illegal telemarketers from A-1 Solar Power will not stop calling.  I am on the DNC and have asked them may times to stop calling but they persist.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
