I did and did they say about who they are? I had a lady saying they are for a county processing center and to call the number and talk to a guy because they would send a summons and police to my house.

They say I have bad checks and that they are an investigator. Well this time a place called work said they are scu and asked who they are and they said they are a state processing center. Also a guy claiming to be a sheriff said he would come arrest me if I did not pay over $900 by the end of the day. Well nothing happened. After my court date they called again and then it went with nothing in over 2 1/2 weeks and they called my work and now on 7/21 they called for the same thing.

My attorney called the number and the guy said he could not say who he works for. These calls have been going on for a month since I filed for bankruptcy and had my court date with a usdoj trustee.

Scam.  "County processing centers" do not call people, nor do you get a heads up if you're going to be served a court summons.  Misrepresenting themselves as government agencies, or police officers is a violation of federal law, as is threatening to arrest you.

    Per Tamianth:

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

Go to local police and file a complaint for extortion.  Tell them these people are impersonating law enforcement officers.

According to another site this guy claims to be Richard Campbell part of something called arbitration for legal consulting service 678-212-5481 possibly located in Covington Georgia.

Tied into another number,   888-735-1564  which was used by an Amherst New York debt scamming operation  by the name of   Western Arbitration or something like that.  Total scam operation.   These people like to impersonate law enforcement agents and tell their victims they work for some governmental agency or another.

Anyone called by these scammers should tell them they are on to them and tell them they are going to be reported to their local police. As well as their state attorney general.

Otherwise don't return their calls, don't talk to them and do not send them any money.

I have all ready filed a harassment complaint with the police. The detective said to just let him know if any more calls come up. The number is from Covington Georgia and has some lev3 VoIP said his name to be Lawrence Carter. My attorney said to him to not call me again and that all calls have to come to him or we will sue.

These people say it is for a check n go loan and that the state has had bad checks turned over to them.

Lady said she is Lisa Hoffman and she gave me the number to speak to Lawrence Carter.

Also had a call from a lady named Diana Sears and she is an investigator. The number she gave was 844-434-8904

Can not find the number in any search.

Received a call from Julie Hoffman saying she was a process server who needed to serve me papers regarding a felony. (The last thing that process servers do is call you to find out when is a good time to serve you yeah like I am going to hang around to be served papers.) I have been a paralegal for over 20 years and I was curious.  I looked up the court file and nothing was noted so I called the company and spoke to Richard Campbell and told him that I needed to know what the case number was.  He put me on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up.

I called back and he said he tried to call me liar he never did. I told him that I needed the case number and that if they had papers to serve me I would meet their process server at the courthouse by the sheriff stand and she could serve me there.

He once again said that he would have to pull up my file.  Ok people this is the computer age and it does not take 5 minutes to pull up a file.  He put me on hold once again for 5 minutes and never heard from him.

Amazing what happens when you call their bluff.  Still have not heard from them.

The harder you strive to think, the more ridiculous you become.
You have wasted at least two hours of your time. That's just the time it took you to try in babble in something resembling English.
You're a fraud little man. You come here thinking that you might try to validate your scam. How's that working out for you?
You aren't doing your scam any good here. You are an Indian scammer who couldn't have even gotten a job in this country back in the days when the diaper services were running.
Stop wasting your time. Stop boring us. You are a pitiful Indian puke. I left a tip for my waitress at lunch that equates to more than you are paid in two days. Don't think you're crafty little man. We can chew you up & spit what's left in to a spittoon.
    Skeff Ett Liv!

If that is true, why did you enter the name "null" for the "caller"?
Are we supposed to believe that "null" is a legitimate "processing company" name?

If you want to be a professional shill, for God's sake at least learn how to spell and write a comprehensible sentence. On second thought, don't bother. Your illiteracy makes your lies all the more apparent, although we'd be able to sniff you out here in less than a second even if you wrote like a scholar (not that it will ever happen, since the only people who work these scams are too stupid and pathetic to work at anything else).

I suspect the only thing you really got was a $2.00 bonus for shilling. They should take it back though and send you back to the broom since you obviously flunked how to be a shill 101.  Look on the bright side though, maybe they will engrave your name on the broom handle! Now back to the boiler room, it really needs a good cleaning. Don't forget to take the dust rag with you.

Total clap-trap.  You really expect us to believe that nonsense?  I've done a little research on these numbers they list, and they all appear to be part of some kind of scam-machine.   Either in New York, or in some southern state or another.  Or maybe both.

Which companies did YOU google?   You received paper work?  Fine.  What was the name and address of the company you paid money to.  I'm assuming that you did.

I take it the lady you talk about was this  "Sarah Bennett".  This "Sarah" person or whoever she really is has a history on 800notes of going around cold-calling people.  She's always  pretending to work for various county governments.  She usually says she's in the  possession of "warrants "  for somebody's arrest.  Then she threatens to go to your house or work.  She's either going to  serve papers or "arrest" someone.  This woman is a total scam artist.

Are you by any chance this "Sarah" person?  Because if you are, a lot of people in and out of law enforcement would like to talk to you!
