Not A Lot Of Info On This Outfit As Of Yet, But Definitely All The Earmarks & Red Flags Of The Now Common Everyday "Threat-Scam". We Called The Number & Reached The Desk Of "Richard Campbell", Who Allegedly Is The "Senior Arbitrator" Of The Non-Existent "Legal Consultant Services". We Are Guessing That They Are Supposed To Be In Atlanta GA, Since City ID Shows That This Is An Atlanta Area Number. The Scammers Try To Use All The Proper Buzz-Words Like "Arbitration", "Legal", "Consultation", "Consultant", "Mediation" In their Names, Because That Way When You Google Them, You Will Get A TON Of Hits With Matching/Similar Names, But Never A Hit On The Exact Same LMAO. Of Course Once You QUestion, Why There Is No Listing For Them In Atlanta, Their Response Will Be That They Have "Offices/Divisions All Over The United States"........BS!!!

One way to combat debt collectors is a call blocker. Listening to the phone ring once knowing their call will be stopped is quite pleasant.

You can ALWAYS spot them (the shills) a mile away especially with that "one" major mistake in their amazing literacy that they keep using!
Like the one the other night who posted the (goodnight) post after me, after I offended one of his CROOKED SCUM loan companies he works for. The boys in the Bangalore boiler room, definitely need to get a American dictionary!

Received a call from this number for a matter for my sister in law. She has me listed as a reference but this company said all the above about filing with the sheriff department for her and called me anonymous.

Got a call from an unknown number, not the first time. They left a message:

"This call is solely for ____________; this is Sarah Bennett and I work for National Process Servers for their filing department, I am calling today in reference to 2 felony complaints that were placed with our offices this morning. I have have retained both files with the charges to the District Attorney's Offices, the office of Round tree &" (breaks up) "documents and was legally assisting you to voluntarily resolve this matter outside of court proceedings, they say that they have made several failed attempts to make contact with you at this point I will be filing the 2 felony charges and requesting that the county sheriff's department to accompany and assists me to your residence and/or to your place of employment, if I reach you at home please be advised that if you own any dogs or fire arms they will need to be out of the immediate harms way of myself and the police officers as well. At the time of my arrival please have proper identification. if you have any questions or concerns, or feel you have received this message in error you must contact the office of Round tree & Meyer's directly  to have a stop order placed on your file, if you have your pre-trail investigator email my office your court release number is 678-212-5481, Again that number was 678-222-5481. ma'am you have been legally notified in accordance to all federal and state laws. Thank you, Have a Great day!"

Upon calling the number provided, which she did make a mistake on, I was sent to a Voice Mail box for Richard Campbell a Senior Arbitrator for Legal Consultant Services. No where did he mention the name of the company, I did not leave a message but I will be calling again to request paper work and an account number or anything that they could have to identify any of this information.


BEWARE I have been researching this in many places and there is no confirmation that this is a legitimate company or charges.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

I got a call from a Rebecca stating she was going to serve me papers within 48 hours if i did not return her call and she would be coming to my home to do so and if I had any fire arms or animals I needed to have them put away.... I mean really who is going to tell you they are coming to serve you papers?? that would be like the bank calling to say they are going to reposes your car...

My wife has been harassed by this Richard Campbell (678-212-5481/ 866-976-1201). This is still ongoing! He calls on her cell phone but has halted calling us at home because I've had a chat with this scumbag! Supposedly he's out of Georgia, well I'm sad to say Legal Consultant Services/Buffalo NY was successful in taking 2 withdrawals out of my wife's checking account for $96.34 each. NOT HAPPY!! Google is not enough, I will be making this guy famous. After I'm done he will make the channel 7 news!

Possibly this group or the remnants thereof.  Call from a lot of different numbers, usually impersonating law enforcement or some vague government agency and claim to have papers to serve you.  Ignore and block any calls from this outfit.
