This company has been harassing me 3 x a day  every day with an automated message but I had to listen to someone else's message to get a # to have my # removed. When I called I was on hold for 10 min. When I finally get a person I said you people have been calling my #  and I was interrupted and told I was rude  and need an attitude adjustment. Well  I don't know who these people are. And I don't owe them anything. The least collection agency's can do is be polite to the  innocent. People they are harassing.

An "investigator Tolan" called me today stating he is going to have a len put on my taxes for an old payday loan. The problem is I claimed them in bankrupcy on Oct.30,2013.

What is the number to get removed from the list?

The only Pinnacle Resource company I know of deals with logistics. Other than that Pinnacle deals with timeshares. It's a scam.

The same people called me at work and almost got me fired because how they were talking to me and my managers at my job even cursed me out and also my managers so I blocked their # from my cell phone and now they are calling me at home but I don't answer the phone. I believe I will block their # on my home phone to. What should I do to stop them of calling me even when I block the  #.

Ppl u hv to realize its tax time n scanners just like the ones that pretend to act like they're homeless. These ppl r doing the same thing trying to get money. Next time the call answer n put them on hold, then leave it like that.

This number called me saying that a friend of mine put me down as a reference and is telling me how my friend owes money to a certain hospital and how they represent the hospital that wants to press charges on my friend. They then proceeded that they can settle it by doing payments. None of it made sense to me. Hospitals don't ask for references. I told my friend to call that particular hospital and ask about it. End result the hospital told her that they don't do anything this so called company was talking about. It is a scam. Do not give them any information. I'm pissed as to how they have my phone number

These people have called saying they were from the "legal" department and my debt was going to court. Funny, I have no debt. They also asked for my social and birthdate (which is illegal, along with threatening legal action). They called my inlaws telling them they were signed up as "witnesses" in the "law suit". They actually obtained their phone number online (easy to do) and thats another dead give away that they are crooks. I have been turning them in to the attorney general each time and I suggest everyone else do the same. Here is another number they gave 678-909-0627, this is Nina Parkers "direct line".

I was told that an account was setup and that if I didn't respond it would be treated as accepted.

Not sure how I got the parasites.  But the real company should track these guys down before they ruin their reputation.

They have been calling me, asking for my social security number in order to reference the case number when I call back. I verbally left a message with a Nina Parker stating I needed validation in writing of the debt. She called back stating she could not do that, but my lawyer could. So, per legal advice and the FTC, I have mailed them a validation of debt and cesation of collection letter. That is our legal right as consumers and they have to comply by law. Check out the FTC website, it has great info on how to handle them. Also, they have many lawsuits on court docket records, from consumers.

Keep receiving calls from this number .  I called back and No one answered. I am on the DoNotCall list.  

Just received a call from a Susan Parker.  Called back spoke with a gentlemen who was trying to get me there mailing address so I can request a debt validation letter but hung up on me.  Called back again and got "Amy"  who would not give me an address.  They do not give out address but can mail or email me a letter.  I asked again for the address but was told it make no sense for me to request the address so I can mail a request for a debt validation and a cease order to contact me by phone.  Refused address.  Told Amy I was going to report to FTC then hung up on me.  

SCAM:  Refuses to give address or has to look up mailing address.

got a phone call from a lady name Susan Jones stating that i needed to call this phone number by the end of the day.  I called back using a different name and told them i got a message from a Susan Jones.  I gave them my number and she stated that it was not coming up for some reason.. I asked what company was this and she hung up on me.

I got a call from 678-809-1964 today and it was from a Christine Jones (guess Susan has a sister).  Left a message that it was important for (name of person) to call her today or else.   Not going to happen.  

This company is pinnacle asset management..located  at 2150 northwest parkway se suite a Marietta GA 30067.call the news..they are a federal organization owner rod ball ..do not talk to them.they use collection business to perform sweeps...call the attorney general...they hire people and then have them arrested

I was watching one of those court TV shows. The guy getting sued, said his job was to look up info on people and sell the info to "collection agencies". He was a real weasel and lost the case! Creep!!!

Do not pay them... If you get a call just hang up the phone ... they are a scam .. you don't owe the debt anymore if they have it . If they call you about a title loan don't pay them the title loan company will never get the money you will never get your title.... This is a masked location for other things the name "Pinnacle Asset Management" belongs to another company ...The owner "Rod Ball" allegedly works in law enforcement he is trying to get fed brownie points ....
