Got my second call from this number today, on my cell phone!!!! I too pressed 1 to have myself removed. Let's see if it works. The FCC is useless in these matters. I have been reporting this company for over two years. I recently got a letter from the FCC saying I have the right to file a lawsuit against the company. WOW, if I could afford to sue, I would just pay to have my phone number changed. So much for the Do Not Call List working!!

The number is from unknown company that:

- Promote to lower your CC rate to 1% 6%

If you pick up (as I did) they tell you to Press 1 to lower your rate and speak with representative, or Press 2 to be removed from the list and be placed in (DO NOT CALL) list.

I did 2. :)

Got yet another call on my cell phone from this number, and I'M ON THE FEDERAL "DO NOT CALL" LIST for both my cell and land lines.  I never answer because I don't recognize the number. No message left.

Just got a call from these people and did not answer but good I didn't.  I finally resorted to a call blocker on my phone.  Its worth the $5 per month to block these constant callers   This number will be added to my blocked numbers.

Can we all pull together and do a class action law suit against these [***]?? When I have tried to complain they hang up on me.  Let's hit them where it hurts. They call me several times a day every single day.  Any lawyers out there who want to make some money?  This is clearly illegal and we can probably drum up thousands of people (you only need three for a class action)  and rape these [***] of every penny they have while helping to pay for our mortgages and education. Any one interested???

These thieves have called my cell phone 5 times over the past 3 days.   It's always the same telephone spam crap about lowering credit card interest rates.  

I'm on the "do not call" list. They continue calling me even after I have pushed #2 on the cell phone dialer.  They call from other numbers, too.  However, 702-705-5221 is the frequent number they have called from lately.  These unwanted calls have been going on for at least 6 or 7 months.  

Isn't there a way to shut these clowns down??  The calls are not only distracting and irritating, but have become harassment.  These jerks cost me money by burning up my limited cell phone minutes.

I keep getting calls from 702-705-5221. I've pressed "2" to be put on their "Do Not Call List" but that does no good! An hour later they end up calling back. I finally pressed "1" to speak to someone. Last Friday 10-21-2011, they said I will be put on the "Do not call list manually". On Monday, 10-24-2011 at approx. 5pm, THEY CALLED AGAIN! I PRESSED "1" & TOLD the female who answered,  I WILL REPORT THEM IN EVERY STATE OF THE UNION! The female beast just HUNG UP on me. I've already reported these Ding Bats to the FCC but don't know if that will do any good. IS THERE ANY ONE OUT THERE THAT CAN TELL US HOW TO HAVE THIS TELEMARKETER STOP CALLING US????????????????????????

I have also received numerous calls from this number (702) 705-5221.  I just received 3 in a roll from them about 25 minutes apart.  I have pressed 1 and told them not to call and I have pressed 3 for them to remove me from the least, it does no good at all.

I have reported them to the Do Not Call List and they do nothing.  I do not have any credit cards so not sure why they call.  I asked the once before what credit card they are calling me about, and they do not seem to know.

Stupid people called every three minutes...3:24p.m., 3:27 p.m., and 3:30p.m.! Absolutely ridiculous predatory type offenders of the DNC list!! It's why they invented the DNC list...to avoid this damn telemarketers calls...especially the ones that do that cold calling every minute or two!!

I received 3 calls today, two were within 2 minutes and one a few hours later. I hung up of the first one when I realized it was a telemarketer and just didn't answer the second one. the third one I answered again and not even the recording on the other end. They should be shut down and fined so huge of a penalty that it sends a loud and clear message the all DNC list violators to never violate the list again.
Lawyers, legislators, judges, pay attention. We are sick of these harassers. Stop them all. No business license for any violators. By the way, this company tried to tell me they would lower my credit card debt. Interesting that they can lower my credit card debt below zero where it is now.

Someone called from this number, but there was no response when I answered.

I feel sorry for the poor souls so desperate to put food on the table for their families that they will accept a telemarketing job like this. I bet they get lots of unwarranted abuse that should go to their company and not to the operator hired to respond to the robo-calls that are forwarded to a live operator. Just saying... I don't know when it is ever right to be rude.

I received a phone call from 702 705 5221 They claimed to have something to do with the government and assistance paying mortgage.  They said my loan number was .........  I don't remember what number they chose. and told me to hold for their person       I DO NOT OWE ANY MONEY TO ANYONE.  So I was anxious to find out what mortgage I had assumed without knowing.  They just left me on hold and I finally hung up.   They are aligning themselves with US Government Programs.  Isn't there a law that addresses this type of phone calls.

The same here Dee... When they don't speak... that is considered staltking! I too am on the do not call list... have been for years!  I'm tired of having to re-register! Yo guys do something about it!

Mistakenly answered this call because I was expecting a different call. They called me by the wrong name (red flag) and said the call was pertaining to my "eligibility for a lower credit card rate." Needless to say I hung up immediately and reported the DNC violation.

I too received a call from 702-705-5221....I just blocked it on my cellphone.
If you have a Android phone, you can make it so these scammers numbers go right to your voicemail.

Just add them as a contact to your phone and name it as SPAM or SCAM.

Then press go to that name in your contacts then open it up as if you were to call it...then press in order :

MENU,  > OPTIONS > INCOMING CALLS,

Then check the box that says "Send calls directly to voicemail."

So the next time they call, it won't even ring and it will go to voicemail, even though they usually won't leave a message.

These people call from different numbers.  If you say you are on the Do Not Call List, or ask to be
removed, they call from different phone numbers, i.e.-cell phones from different states, etc.
