They call me at least twice daily and leave a message each time but they don't actually leave a message. When ever I answer there is no one on the line. Getting to be very annoying.

Getting same calls here - called number back from a different phone - they answer First National Collection Bureau.  I don't have any written correspondence from such company and will not aswer the call - ever.

702-851-0945 is a collection agency First National Collection.  They try to collect on debts that are outside the SOL.  They are also spoofing numbers to make it look like they are a local agency.  Ignore their calls!  They are unethical and they do not adhere to FDCPA laws.

They left a voicemail that just said "Bark".

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
