I person from this number has called me saying I he is from SGA and associates. He stated I owe a payday loan for 600+ dollars and says i can settle out of court. The thing is I was in Afghanistan serving in the Army during the time specified.

I am 99.99% sure your caller will turn out to be a scammer.  Don't let them jerk you around.

Mom recieved a call from "SGA & Assoc" 11/28 stating that I was being investigated for fraud & that they wanted me to call them by Fri. 11/30 or paperwork processing would begin. Left a phone #(716-299-0139) & case # for reference...Clean record here, never done anything illegal of the sort! Person to call...a "Tim Michaels"...

Another call to mom on 11/29 from an unknown caller for a "Jason Smith"...Said that 2 more charges were being added to case & that I needed to call 855-695-4439 & was given another case #...Called them & someone answered "Legal Dept" so I hung up....They called right back & it was from a private/blocked phone number-did not answer & they did not call back...

I've received a couple of messages from "SGA & Associates" and was also given the name of Tim Michaels saying an affidavit has been drawn up in my name in regards to fraud and to call (716) 299-0139 to prevent further action.  They do state my first and last name on the voicemail but do not have the correct middle name.  Assume this is a scammer.

Try calling number back and it is a fax #.

Just received a call  from a “Tony” stating that he was a Processor with the St. Louis County Courts and that I was scheduled to be served tomorrow and my signature was needed on some legal documents.  I was told to make sure that I had my driver’s license available for identification.  I was told to call 716-299-0139 if I wanted to stop further action with this.  Yea, well I just called the St. Louis County Courts and there is NOTHING on me!!!!  Nice try!!!!!!  Been through this way too many times!!!

Might I add that my husband works for St. Louis County Courts So yes, this was thoroughly checked out and there are no records of any proceedings or cases against me!

Received a phone message for someone else concerning charges being filed for fraud.

Had message on my phone stating I was name in a serious matter and to prevent action being taken against me or decisions being made for me I needed to call back. the message did not state either my name or my husbands name.  My husband called the number and got an answering machine for SGA and associates.

got a call on 6/10/14 from "steven nelson" saying i was getting served for a legal process and if i didnt settle they would be out at my house on 6/12/14 first thing in the moring the number on my message was 716-299-0021...i returned the phone call that afternoon guy answers and says "hello" called back following moring and guys answers says "sga and associates" but never did he want to reveal his name!

Ed Chandler from SGA Associates keeps calling my number. I blocked his number a while ago but he still calls and leave voicemails, at least one a day. The message says, " I have on my desk an Affidavit of Fraud with your name and SS# and I need you to call me back by today.If we don't hear back we will take legal action against you without your knowledge..etc". Sometimes this idiot has the nerve to yell in his message because I don't take the call or call him back.  I just filed a complaint with the FTC. I know this is a scam and I wish we can all file a class action legal suit against this company that is out of control and has no fear for our laws. There are thousands of us and one of them. I wish something can be done.

I received a call from Mike Martin from SGA and Associates #716-283-0133 his name is Mike Martin. He said affidavit of fraud with my name and SS #. Is this a scam? I just tried to call them answer machine picks up, "no one is available please leave name and number".

U just wonder if this is the same Mike Martin that's is calling me from 712 938 7114 from sg and associates asking for some kind of payment or they will send 5he case to my county court house

Based on other calls received claiming on 800notes to be from SGA.  Serious debt scammers.
