Got a call also, no message, called back and had an option of choosing English or Russian.  Don't know what that's about but it is from NY.

just got a cll from this number and some lady asked me if i spoke russian. Sounds like they wanted to sale me something.

I got a call just now from this number.  It was weird, he asked me if I spoke some language and couldn't tell what he was speaking.  All I said was I only speak English and he said, "Oh ok" and hung up on me.  Then I went into a panic that it was one of those calls that charge you like $2400 a second or something.  I guess we'll see when I get the bill. :-(

Got a call, an idiot ask about the language I speak, and if I speak Arabic .. The person has no idea about what he is selling, called the next day same time, ask the same question, although I told him not to call this number again .. I reported him to the police ..

Incoming calls can not cost you anything more than your regular per-minute rate.

These [***] called me at 6:04am this morning on my cellphone (I live on west coast)!! They offered me cheap international calls. I wanted to kill them all. I HATE TELEMARKETERS. The most annoying fact is that they called me few days before that, and I told them I'm not interested, yet they call me at 6am again...

Received a call from this number. They asked if I spoke russian, and I said yes since I do. This is some telephone company trying to sell long distance. I asked them how they got my number, but the sales person did not know. I asked a manager to call me back with that information. We'll see what happens.

They calling me on my cellphone three days in row! I got about 10 calls in several months. Every time I asked not to call me anymore.
Had to register my phone number on "do not call" list and filled complaint with FCC today

This is the same type of call that I've gotten from three different phone numbers.

Got a call from this number at 8am..some people have days off you know ! urgh...anyway, call back, it says "hi thank you for calling, if you speak english press 1, if russian press 2, etc" so i press 2, wait, and ask the lady who she is..it is called telecom , they are selling phone services.

keep getting calls from same number every few days. have repeatedly asked not to be called. now when they call and i answer they hang up!!!!

I am getting calls from this number everyday and I miss them because I am working. I tried to pick it up today but hung up on them (really by accident). From the looks of it that's a good thing.  I will not bother with the call in the future.

I just got a call on my cellphone from this number. I didnt pick up though, I thought I'd google the number. I called that number back on a land line and it was some Russian guy picked up. I told him I got a call from this number so I called back. He said that this is a telephone company. He didnt give the name and seemed confused as to why I got a call from them. He didnt seem to know too much about the company or he was just not saying anything to me. Maybe its a telemarketing scam.

This guy will not stop calling me.  Always hangs up.  Never leaves messages.  Driving me nuts!

Lucky for me I speak russian,
spoke to some russian girl Alisa,
she sounded nice one the phone,
she was offering me international calling plan,
I think these calls are routed from Russia,
long story short Alisa is really interested in meeting American citizens.

I get calls from this number almost everyday at random time- I live on the West Coast and get this freaking call very early in the morning. This is a Brooklyn number I know- but when I pick up no one seem to talk. Ridiculous!

Yep - same story.  Russian chick asking if i speak russian.  I told her No but that i'd pay her 15 bucks american to just keep talking for 4 more minutes...maybe 3...

I'm getting calls from this number for a couple of days now. Decided to google it before I try to call them back. I'm Russian myself so now I know at least what to expect and I'm going to tell them to scratch my number off of their calling list. If not, they won't like me when I'm mad :)))
