They call and leave no message.  When I call back they ask if I speak Russian and when I say no, they hang up.

they keep calling and calling for the past couple of months. number changes but the same behavior remains. mostly hang up, dont leave messages, if i do talk to them and say i dont make international calls they hang up immediately. i've called back and asked why they keep calling, they just hang up. anyone figure out what to do with these pests?

Do not worry about these calls. I know the exact source, it will not charge you money, it will not cost alot. Just know they keep calling to find certain people.. lets put it that way.

This number calls me ALL the time... but rarely do they ever let it ring past one time. I've never had the chance to answer it. If what you people say is true... sounds to me they are reaching out to the Russian community. I am not Russian, however a Russian girl must have owned my number before I got it because I have people asking for "Oksana" when they call sometimes.

This is a Russian Telephone company. They are calling me every day since October on my cell. And I am sure they know that it is cell because they hang up if I don't answer quickly (call in not recorded if hang up quickly enough). I called them back many times and asked to stop calling. But next day I get another call. FCC responded that they can not act on this. Do you know why? I or my family have never had a business with this company...

Call is received and no message left.  Call comes in at various times of day between hours of 8AM and 10PM.

Roman is a real [***], and should be deported for being [***] or go see if miss alisa wants to take you out and blow you. This number calls constantly asking if I speaka ruuuusian? No [***], this is america- we speak english. Stop calling me!!

scottsright - So what did they do after you called them so many times? Did they take you off their calling list? Cuz I'm thinking about doing the same thing. I feel like calling them 1 billion times, saying the same thing over and over again. Maybe that way, THEY will block ME and stop calling me! In just this week, they called me 15 times..  Sometimes, I even recieve TWO phone calls a day from them!

Does anyone want to join me? We should bother them until they shut down.. See what it feels like to bother people for no reason.

I've been getting calls from this number off and on for about a year now. I told them to stop calling and they stopped for about 8 months, now they are back calling me at random times. Its not a big deal but [***] this stupid company...

I just got a call from this number as well.

It's Russian company Pulse Telecom known for their harassment and scams. They will call from different numbers with different area codes.
Whatever you do, just don’t give them any personal information.
Best you can do – call 911 and report harassment.

I kept getting missed calls from this number 2 to 3 times a day so I finally called them back. The guy answered the phone asking if I spoke russian! Then he said sorry wrong number and hung up on me!! I am sick of this~ is there a way to make it stop!?

I just called that number back.  A recording came on and said please wait while I transfer your call.  Then a foreigh accented man says, Hello.  I said: What company is this?  He hesitated...so I repeated the question.  He then said.  Wrong number. Bye -- Bye  and that's all she wrote!

All you have to do is get another number and program it to call any number you want every 5 minutes all day and night.  Sounds like Stan has a plan!
