It's a bill collector. They never leave a message, and call early in the morning waking us all up.

rec'd call out of the blue thought was Aunt in GA... called and belongs to Law offices of Frank J Hannah or something. I don't owe any debts.. at least to where a law firm would be calling! They only called that one time and never left a message, no calls from them since.

Okay, i use to get called from Frank Hannah Associates but a different number now it's this new number out of GA and they said they are going to seek legal action....they're crazy!

The man on the phone asked if I had contact info for my mom's ex-boyfriend. He didn't ID where he was calling from, my caller id listed Fredrick Hann.

At about 8:45 PM i was watching tv when i got a call from this # so i answer and the lady asked for a juan somebody and i said i didnt know who that was and so the lady said so this is a wrong number right and i said yea and the lady said well sweetheart dont keep dragging and then she hung up on me

I just received 4 calls from an idiot calling himself Fred Hanna. He called the house and apparently spoke with my daughter and told her he knew her.  She got the impression that he needed to talk with me regarding some business proposition and gave him my work number.  He called and spoke with my husband (we are small business owners).  He told my husband that he intended to sue regarding some account with Bank of America.  My husband told him we do not have such an account and must be mistaken.  Idiot then called off some social security number and asked him if that was correct.  My husband answered no and idiot asked for the correct social.  My husband told him not to call again.  Within 1 minute he called back and I answered. Again he said he had spoke with my daughter and this call was regarding a debt of $9500 that my husband and I had run up on a Bank of America credit card and didn't pay.  I told him he had the wrong # and hung up.  1 minute later another phone call.  Hung up and blocked his call.  This one needs to be investigated quickly.

Hanna is NEVER to be trusted, his court filings should ALWAYS be challenged, and he has been known to lie about trivial and major items. Fred is concerned about one thing; separating you and your money.

Treat Fredrick J. Hanna as the parasite he is, contact me for referral to a local consumer law professional if you are involved with Hanna.

Got a call from this number and it was a guy posing as an attorney, he was looking for my neighbor and said it was a "pressing matter" he said he had done a demographic search and found my number.  He asked me to give my neighbor a message to call him right away.

This type of action is so immoral and probably illegal -- I am sick of companies like these, trying to embarrass people by calling their neighbors.

We have gotten two calls from this guy?? We just don't answer the phone. What is this guy about?? Has anyone actually been sued by him??? Who can we report him too??

These freaking idiots have called and harrassed my mother and step-father to death!  The a$$hole who called the first time asked for me, and when he was told that I did not live there, he demanded my number - my stepfather refused, and he responded with "Fine, I will call you every hour ON the hour".  My stepfather hung up on him, and sure enough he called right back - Sleeze balls!  I have already filed two reports / complaints, and I won't hesitate to drive to Marietta if they keep this $hit up - cause I am just close enough!  
I immediately telephoned BOA because I did in fact have an account with them - I was quickly informed that ALL WAS WELL with my account, thank goodness - good thing, because I have documentation in hand for every payment I have ever made!

Call from a black sounding lady claiming to be "Ebony"  from the law offices of Fred Hannah.  A black lady named Ebony?  I think not.  Was looking for one of my tenants who has the same mailing address as me.
Left an 800 number to call (800-450-6575.  Was on the cordless so didn't have caller id.  Googled the number on caller id and here I am.
Will give tenant the message and let him decide what to do.

The first time someone called, no one answered when I said hello, so I paused, the said goodbye.  Not more than 2 minutes & the same call came in, mind you this is on my cell phone, & finally asked if I was who I am & I told her that it depended on who was asking.  She proceeded by saying "You are now being sued."  Then she hung up.  She never identified who she was, who she was calling in behalf of, nothing.  I mean, what is this.  I thought there was a law that stipulated the caller must identify who they are w/in 30 seconds.

Someone just called (using 770-916-9220 as their number), looking for my mother.  When I said that I don't know anyone by that name, they hung up.

If they call again, they'll be reported as harassers to the Better Business Bureau.

A person named Mr. Brown called my MOTHER from 770-916-9220 saying I had a court file # and tried to get more information from her.  Yep, another Bank of A debt.

Calls with a story of someone suing me and asks for SS#

A woman harrassed my daughter, accusing her of lying, asking if her father was out or just sitting on the couch, then she asked her all kinds of questions about when we would be home. This was very upsetting to a 13 year old child. On top of that she asked her if she was our son. Our kids have been taught not to answer questions from strangers on the phone. These people need to be arrested for child abuse. These kinds of calls are scary to children, because this idiot was asking her all of the questions that we have told her not to answer and beware of. There are no excuses for this kind of harassment!!!!!!

Ugh this idiot just called here for my mother in law.  She doesnt live here but she uses our number as a contact while she travels.  When people call here for her anymore I just say I dont know anyone by that name.

The message its self was left by a machine and to press one or two.  Operator to call was Mr Butler call back number they left was 800-450-6575.

Same old some old. Hurassing debt collectors.   Fred hanna and Lynn Hanna, his wife life at 3660 Lower Roswell Rd in Marietta Ga 30068. They purchased a 6995 square foot home that was built in 1987. 2 stories, brick, sitting on about 3.3 Acres.  Sent him letters at his home, I plan to. He is living in a muli million dollar home, driving the finest vehicals, living a lifestyle of luxury. He makes hundres of thousands of dollars a year beating down people who have fallen on hard times. Yes he can sue you, and garnish your wages. will he who know's. He is the owner of Frederick J. This ebenezer scrooge not only froze our bank account he is also trying to garnish our wages.  We also fell on hard times when my husband was injured 18 mo ago.  He has been to three different counties in Ga to obtain court orders.  How can he freeze the bank account and garnish wages also? I do not know how these people can sleep at night.  They call us all hours of the day.  If I were them I would be afraid they will mess with the wrong person one day, and we all know what happens then
