This agency has been calling our number for weeks.  Because we don't know the number displayed on caller ID, we never pick-up.  Well today, my spouse decided to answer.  They were looking for the ex who hasn't lived at this number for 25 years.  Later this evening they called again and left a message.  I called the number back and let the woman know that the ex had not been at this number for 25 years.  She snapped at me and said how am I supposed to know that.  I let her know not to start up with me and she promptly hung up the phone.  Good ridance to bad rubish.  I will be calling my State Attoney General's office in the morning and filing a complaint with the FTC.

I was not home last night and my underage daughter answered the phone.  A man who called himself Vernon Jones from this company started diving for information from her.  She did right and didn't give him any info.  When I got home, I called him back at the number he left (1-800-450-6575 ext. 3589) and read him the riot act about trying to get personal information from a minor, then said "Good Bye" and hung up.  I will be contacting the authorities about this guy.  They say that the calls are recorded for quality control, well if that one was recorded then they were informed that the next time, we will be calling the local sheriff and filing a harassment complaint against him, personally, and the company.

This guy from Frederick Hanna (Michael Campbell) has called a dozen times per day to all my phone numbers with harrassing comments.  We have turned the matter over to Debt Settlement USA to handle.

If you are having issues with a debt collector in the State of Georgia, don't bother calling Thurbert Baker's office.

Sid Barrett, his "deputy" has posted on another thread on this website that they are NOT "investigators" and to refer any complaints regarding these or any other rogue CA's to the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs.

Too bad we don't live in Florida, whose AG is one HELL of a consumer advocate and is actively prosecuting and barring crooks like Hanna from collecting debts in that State again.

We got a call from Fredrick Hanna (I assume, I could barely understand when the woman said it), it was Mrs. Robinson at 1-800-450-6575, ext 3725.  She was looking for my husband's ex-wife, who has never even lived at this address or phone number.  They've been divorced for 8 years, and she's remarried as well.  This woman said she was with a law office calling in regards to the company that the ex owns (or owned, not sure).  We'd never heard from these people before, and my husband gave the ex's address & number b/c a while ago she took out a loan in my husband's name, and he didn't know about it until the bank started calling him.  We thought she might be up to her old tricks, so at least these people can call her now and not us!

calls all the time then she would not tell me who she was but said that she was going to take money out of my bank i hung up she called back every two min for the next 20 min plus calling me a loser for not paying my bills i had heart problems and fell behind that all

I had the exact same thing happen to me!!!   I don't know a JUAN!  These jerks need to get a real job and stop harrassing hardworking citizens.

I am getting calls and owe NOBODY!  I have a credit score of 783 and these f^^kers are still calling my mobile.  I asked to be removed twice... and wouldn't you know... they won't send an email confirming that my phone number is removed from their database.....  SCUM OF THE EARTH!

These people have been calling my phone for weeks and won't leave messages.  I called them back after the first call and they claimed to be an attorney looking for some guy named alan pina.  I told them I didn't know anyone by that name and suggested that they remove my number from their database.   I proceeded to get calls for the next week and a half.  Today I got a call and they hung up on me.  I called them back and asked to have them take my number off the list.  IT ISN'T ME THEY ARE LOOKING FOR!   They said they did that... after making me wait several minutes on a long distance call.   I asked to get an email confirmation of their action and the guy said he was way too busy to take the time to do that... but he seemed perfectly fine wasting my time while waiting for his incompetent ass to find out who called me and WHY!!!   I don't owe anyone... I have a stellar credit rating and am still being subjected to some shady collection/attorney or whatever the hell these people do... (just left their jobs at Dairy Queen is my guess) so that they can add minutes to my phone bill for no good reason at all

Received a few of these calls.  Demanding money. Threatened my co-signer with freezing her bank account.  What is my
course of action?

This number is calling me almost every day and asks for Celine. My mother'a name is Celine so I answered my mother is not home right now and they asked where is her a asked at work and he asked me more questions about where is she work what is she doing and staff like that. This number is bodering me all the time.

Someone from fred Hannas office calls our house every day and leaves [***] sounding messages. My guess is they are child molestors looking to score some young boys for their sicko enjoyment. They probably arent man enough to get a women so they prey on small children and helpless animals!

Fred Hanna called today but I did not pick up the phone.  The answering machine is turned off so I did not get a message.  It must have pertained to bank of america.  Can these people really freeze your accounts on unsecured debt?  The SSA says they cannot touch disability payments.  Thanks for any help.

I got a call today from these people.  I am working with a debt settlement company and they called the number back to verify the info.  It is for a B of A account that my ex and I fell behind on and we're trying to do the right thing.  I live in California and they are in Georgia which means they aren't licensed to take legal action against me.  A cease a desist action was requested of them today, we'll see if it works.

These same people just caled me a while ago asking for information about my neighbor. These people are weirdos. After looking them up I founf out that they are some type of collection agency. I've got something in store for them the next time they call though beleive that.

This number keeps calling my ex husbands house and trying to give a phone number for me to call.  So he is supposed to pass on this info to me and he just tells them he doesn't talk to me.  My question is I have never had a credit card or any debt while living with my ex.  So why would they be calling there.  I just assume if it is a company from recent and they send my info to a collector shouldn't they have my current info????  Not happy cuz now the girlfriend of the ex has been yapping about how I have collectors calling over there.  WTF!
