Calls every day in Spanish. Hang up when you talk English.

Same exact as above. Spanish telemarketer. They hang up the moment they hear one word of English. One time I got someone in english and I asked politely to remove me from their list, she said ok and hung up. They did not take me off their list and I get harassed every single day with 2-3 calls and they spoof all their numbers to act like someone elses. I can't even complain to the do not call registry with this harassment.

I started getting a phone call today.  3 times they have called.  They speak Spanish and they are trying to pitch some natural Viagra product.  Scam, I'm sure.  1st time, I asked them to take me off their list.  2nd time, they hung up when I asked them how they got my phone number.  3rd time, I told the gal to shut up and tell me how they got my phone number and she hung up.  I do not know how to report these people.

@John you really can't report them. They use "spoofing" which pretty much they can make up any number they want to show on your caller ID while their real number is untraceable. This is what makes this ridiculous. But this is what our government allowed... Lovely, right? I just got more phone calls again from them.. This is getting bad.

Nope! You can report these numbers.  It takes time to track them down and get multiple subpoena's ..

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

They called yesterday speaking spanish. My sister told them to speak english, she was promptly hung up on. I said next time answer in french and if they change over to french then tell them "ah you do speak english then" lol confuse them all to hell. You can pick your own languages, just anything to tick them off as they've ticked you off by interrupting your day.

They called just now and they forgot to block the number they call from.  They are located in Florida.  The number is 1-786-701-4048.  Thank God I speak  Spanish.  I got someone on the phone and tried to resolve the matter and they said they would remove my number from the list(s).  Hope it works.

Spanish telemarketer call. 2-3 calls per day

I recieve 5 to 7 calls a day from this number. I get hung up on when asked if any one speaks english. How rude. I am so damn tired of this.

This number has been calling my cell phone and business line 5 times a day.  First thing (before 7:00 am) this morning.  When I say in English "Do not call , means do not call"  they just hang up.  It' beyond ridiculous! I and I registered with the Do Not Call and still get these.

I got a call in Spanish first from a number very similar to mine (San Francisco area code), which prompted me to take the call, they hung up after I responded in English and could not call them back. Then I received call from 786-701-4048, Spanish and again they hung up after I responded in English. I called them back to try to get someone who speaks English and get off their list, but they hang up each time. Waste of time

They call more than 10 times a day I am so fed up, I want this to stop ,can we call police on them?

I answered this call, the recording is in spanish, naturally i pressed one to speak to a person, upon the first word of english i was hung up on.  So I called back and in spanish was asking them to be removed and again they hung up.  I called back and got a different person, asked to be removed and they said ok and hung up.

I am not fluent in Spanish so I can't understand what the automated message is when I call. But I hit '0' and told them to stop calling me. Of course they don't understand what I'm saying. So I called back about ten times just to aggravate them the way they aggravate tons of other people. Blocked them on my iPhone, we'll see if that even works. If they don't call to spam me, someone else will!

They keep calling and I tell them to [***].

Reporting same as above. When I call them up to say either "please take me off your list" or "you're all a bunch of [***]", they hang up on me. Like a mummy's curse or something.
