      This is RBC making a courtesy call.  Return the call and they can remove you from the annoy our customer list.

        Yes I just asked them "Can I be taken off the RBC phone list because it is really annoying to get so many phone calls from RBC". Her answer was "Sure, I will put you on our do-not-call list. Bye now."  It"s amazing!!!  Try it today!!!

          The "Do Not Call" list is BS. I asked them several times to take me off their list. It lasts maybe 2 months and they're calling again.

      I get these calls at least 3x per day on my cell phone (pay as you go - nonetheless) AND I have asked to be placed on their DO NOT CALL list yet its fine for a few days then they call back and bug me again.
      I am to the point of changing banks cause of their stupidity and I have had the same account for 30years.....good way to piss off your customers!

        I'm getting numerous calls from 800/866 numbers, RBC 800-769-2510 is on of them, no message is ever left and the calls are increasing.

        So the next time I will pickup the phone, wait 3 seconds and then say: 'Do not call this number again.' and hang up as I was advised because the call is recorded. We shall see...

      This is the RBC making a courtesy centre...call.  It is from their actual call centre.  2 ways to stop them...

      1-Give the caller when you call back, or answer, your client card # and they will put the stop in your personal profile.......I don't like doing that!!
      2-As I did...go directly to your branch and ask for the client services manager.  Tell them this is annoying you and that you want your profile to show that you do not want any more client services courtesy calls.  They go into your file and change the settings while your there.

    Same here...Called my phone 3 or 4 times one day while I was working.  Never left a message once.

    Just blocked another number and now I've got this number flowing in like crazy. It actually comes up as RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) for me. I was at my bank the other day, asked the teller why they were calling me like crazy and what the problem was, and the teller said they had no idea why I would be getting called like this. Sounds like another scam!!!

    I get called by this number at least 3 times a day, monday to friday. No message is ever left.

    I am refusing to answer it in the hopes that they will stop calling.

      I'm so glad I found this board. They have been calling me now for a month straight sometimes twice a day. Don't they get it when after a month you haven't picked up the phone?!
