They have been calling non stop for weeks. At least twice a day including weekends.

They call every half hour or so how annoying

also when they call every half hour  or so , I have an answering machine and a message is never left. Now I just dont answer if I see number on ID

Calls daily, about 10 times a day. Dead line every time.

I received a call yesterday from them. I don't know who they are and how they got my cell phone number.

I hope they don't intend on calling 10 times a day, like I am reading here. That would suck and piss me off.

Same thing... not even 11 AM and I have had 5 calls from them which I do not answer on my cell... gah!

Calls freguently, leaves no message or is a silent tone if answered.  I have called this number back always getting a busy signal.  I want them to stop calling.

She told me to get a job and pay my bill on time, i just got laidof off from work and a i am having money troubles,

I called Credit One bank, they said if you go over the limit that is why this company called, i have to say they are the rudest company i encountered, they are unethical and a joke for a company.

I get dozens of these a day too!  I didn't even realize that my account was overdue until Mike posted that they were from Credit One Bank.  What a pain in the [***] for 15 bucks.

Just looked this up....I'm 3 days past my due date and I mailed the check 2 days ago...uhg!  What a pain and a rip off they are

This number 1-800-796-7303 calls me every hour on the hour. They never leave a message and on the half hour I get a call from Lilly Snip 213-224-2027. I think these two numbers correlate because I don't know a Lilly Snip and she doesn't leave a message either. If this is credit one bank, I pay my bill on time. I don't know what there problem is but I am cutting up my credit card.

I started getting these calls as well which led me to Google the number and find this site.  They actually just called me before 9am on a Sunday!  It too is for a bill I didn't pay yet.  I went to pay it online and read that there is a fee of $5.95 if you submit your payment this way!  I pay all my bills online and if anything I save moeny this way.  I never had to pay a fee ... what is this crap?  If it is from my credit card they just lost a customer.

Just got a call from this number glad I looked this up I will not answer it. If it is for $$$ due they just have to sent me correspondence.

Yup, I get a call from these jerks everyday multiple times starting at 8:00am upto 10:00pm, even on weekends. In the mornings they usually call 3 times an hour til 11:00am then about every hour from there. If this isn't abusive harassment, then I don't know what is....Time for a BBB complaint!

Got a call on Sunday, April 22nd and the caller asked my sister if I was home.  My sister replied that I was not and the Credit One Bank rep. asked to speak to my husband, to which my sister replied I was not married.  The rep. then stated that the reason I'm not married is because I do not pay my bills on time.  Trust me, this will be reported not only to their senior management but to the BBB.  I hope she gets fired!!!!!!!!!!.

Fax a complain to FDIC for Credit One at (713)336 4301. Include name, billing address, bank name, account no., detail explanation, and despription of the solution that you want.

The lady asks for me and of course "I'm not home" and the lady will not give out any info on who she is. If this is credit one bank, I have never had a late payment and my balance is well below my max. So I have no idea why they would call me. They keep increasing my limit though, so I must be a good customer. I will tell you the next time they call they won't get a chance to ask anything, they will get a very nasty message from me before they can say anything.

The best and legal thing to do to these people is to answer the phone and when they ask for whoever say "hang on", just put the phone down and walk away. That will drive them nuts

I am getting calls repeated from this number, they don't leave a message.  I looked this number up on google and found it was Credit One Bank.  I am not late on a payment.  I am never late making my payments so I do not know why they are harrassing me.  I looked online and it says that I have a payment due on May 4, no late payment just my normal payment yet they have been calling me for over a week now.
