I just got this whole scam too...went to the point of the shipping quote (which I am sure is the same person too).  then I did my google search and found out this whole thing is a scam!   I bet the credit cards he is giving out are stolen identities...jerk.  I just replied with:

We see this type of SCAM all the time.
