They tried to order large priced product from our company using a USA credit card, a shipping address in Netherlands.  They were extremely pushy after "charging" their card which we put into review about sending over $4,000 for the shipping cost to a shipping company they recommended...that has not one thing about the company online, no phone number for this shipping company, just a Microsoft email.

Associated Numbers and emails with this scammer.

I also got an email similar to the last few posted above.  The fact that the product they wanted was in brackets for some reason immediately made me suspicious because it looked like some pre-made email with the item they're trying to scam inserted into that section of it.

I received the EXACT same email last week!! Only difference is now he's wanting 35 pumps @ $164.00 each; but delivered to same address!!

I have also been contacted by this company. They asked a vague question about a product and then ordered 50 of a much more expensive line that did notmatch their original question.
No information about Hann Business Ltd or Maxigate shippers on the internet and their locations do not exist on google maps.

Our company got the same email from a Bob Wilson requesting to order 5 units of furniture and wanting a freight quote from Urbans Freight. I got suspicious once the freight company called me and tried to rush me into wiring a payment to them. Here is the phone number that called me in case it helps: 233-509675909.

The same Bill Hann and Maxigate are still at it.  My credit card processor suggested I call the issuing bank which I did.  I had asked for the cc holders last 4 of their social.  The Issuing bank told me the card did not have the proper limit, and the last four of the SS was not correct.  I have also reported to the FBI little good either will do I'm sure!
Not much protection for us merchants other and use your good sense and keep your nose active for bad smells !!

Email my company got looking for a very expensive item.  Wanted it shipped on a Credit Card.  Of course we don't do that international / cash or letter of credit, they disappeared fast when I told them I was aware of the scam they were running.

I got the same names and same address and the same template from this guy this afternoon.  And his number is a Magic Jack number (814) 580-2250.

I received a email today from a Robert Walken saying he was sending info to my company about the sizes of my tray tables (I do not have a company)  as well as the pricing. Quote from email

Robert Walken".     Who is this guy and what do they want. Why ate they asking me what type of payment method I accept. Wouldn't they be asking me to send credit card info to charge my cc if I had one. Is this the way the newest scams are being being sent??

Received multiple emails to my website from this entity. I tried to pinpoint exactly what the customer was interested in.  He just kept asking for links to 5 of my products.  I don't appreciate scammers!  Google the address you will find it does not exist.  Thank goodness for this website.

RED FLAGS - they will have 'someone' pick up the merchandise - - and it's going to South Africa...you can also tell by the verbage they use  "I will be looking forward hoping to hear from you soon"  that they are not legite.  I remember when I first started working at the company I do (16 years ago) got an e-mail similar to this (before my education) and fell for it.

They drag out the ordering process - THEN asked us to purchase some cell phones (and of course put on their bill)  - immediately stopped talking with them.  They target what looks to be mom and pop shops, order a HUGE amount of items.  Their card clears, but then later they deny they placed the order

Sounds too good to be true so I did a little search and found this site.  Appears to be a scam, Thank you all for posting.  I hope this helps as i never like hearing stories like this.
