Ivwould like to know why a jack kenbedy from this number is trying to fet ahold of me

I would like to also. Threatened to have me served for something, so have tried to call them and left messages 22x today with no reply. The man that called was a Benjamin McDaniels. Would like some answers also

Daniel or Dave Stevenson from Legal Support Services said i need to be home between 12pm-4pm, if not they will try to serve me at work. I have no clue what this is for. He said it was court from Cobb County and I've never been to Georgia. The number he left to call was 844-592-4852 but message is for SRG Associates. No one answered.

I got a call from them and so did my daughter  they said they were looking for me,,  MY ATTORNEY called them and
asked for their address. He had to go find it. ( FYI  it was a florida address he gave him!)  The guy who called me was also A Ben Mcdaniels, But my Attorney talked to Jeff Hart.   They dont call you and tell you Were coming.  Also when my attorney asked about the details it was about a loan i had from Anastsia loan company, Now i know loans get sold off, however, this guy has to be able to tell who the original was from,, i.e  wells fargo? Bank of america?  he said he cant tell us due to it being sealed. Yes they did say SRG, Yes they did try to threaten me, ( ILLEGAL!)  They are totally EL SCAMO and EL SCUM!
You can notify whomever you want FTC, GENERAL Attorney, But i think they cant help out as much as we want,,   Next time they call dork with them,, Give them a false card,  get a blow horn and blast the phone,  or if it is one of them and you know its a scam call,, Tell them when you answer,, This is the FBI office of Fraudelent Divisison,,  MAY I HELP YOU?

Got a call from 844-592-4822 from Andrew Stevenson saying I was being served between 12-4pm tomorrow. They have also called my dad who lives in Northern California. Total scam. Have friends who work for San Diego Courts. Hope they get these people soon. They need to be stopped before someone falls for their BS!

I had an Andrew Stevenson call me with the exact same message. It's a total scam.

It's a complete scam, just not sure what kind of scam.

this number keep calling me n telling that they file chage on me if i dont pay them the guy name jake reed so he said he a lawer he said he can stop me if going jail that what he said so dont belive what they tell u k they just wont your money k.

My mom got a call from some guy Dan Maccqa. He told her to tell me I need to be at my door with my ID so I can be served. Now I never used my mom number for anything, neither do I owe anyone any money. That gave a case number ( bm5234-1288), but never told what it was for. Only that I need to call them.
