- K.R. RichI called back because no message, they had fake generated noise in the background, pretended to transfer to a State of Washington Detective (actually just turned off the fake noise) then they claimed I had warrents, then started accusing me of being John or Crystal.
- Caller: scam
- MystryScammers, they say they are going to throw you in jail for a debt over 10 years old (time barred and illegal tactics). They claimed they were going to require $18,030 as a bond when the Sheriff (posing as my husband) was on the phone with them. They would not listen when they were told that what they claim was a felony in my state was not. They also did not listen when he told them that a LEO must serve warrants in this state.
- BebeThey called me today stating that they were going to send a warrant for my arrest at my work they even called my work stating that I had fraud charges and for my employer to fire me because I was going to get arrested, and that I was going to be in jail for a long time.

- JustinGot a call from this number and said they were looking for my mom....said it was in matters of a suit against her and a warrant for her arrest. The guys name was Jim Young from NSF Check division. They called again (I missed the call) so I called again and a lady answered. I heard a guy in the background talking to someone saying "I'm gonna whoop your f***ing A**"
- Caller: NSF check division
- KimReceived a call saying they had a warrant for my arrest well three warrants. Guy asked if I received a fed ex package to my address and I said No.(they didn't send one of course). Then he proceeded to put me on hold and this rude person got on the phone saying I lived somewhere that I didn't. He became very angry because I was laughing at him. He said I would serve 76 months in jail and my kids would be taken away. First off I don't have kids. Lol what a joke these people are. I work in law enforcement and I would not receive a phone call stating I have a warrant. So sad.

The man who left the message identified himself as Angel Morales an investigator with the State of Florida and said it was for or regarding a Stephen Opoku. - Anthony From Texas| 1 replyJust got two calls from Mark Harris at 844-784-2420. First voice mail states a gps tracker was just added to my phone...(idiots) Second voice mail says he's with the US Processors and that several felony complaints are on file against me. This is such crap. He's scamming and/or just a debt collector who is guilty of fraud himself.
- Caller: SSC/US Processors
- Call type: Debt collector
- Trish replies to Anthony From TexasMy mom just received a call from this number stating it was Mark Delarosa and she has two complaints for embezzlement. Its a fruad
- CautiousSaid he was a detective and my number was the emergency contact for a person I do not know . Had left a voice message. I'm not calling back.
- Anthony From Texas| 1 replyWell, apparently this Mark Harris character reads this page because he called back about an hour ago and specifically mentions the post I left after receiving his first two calls earlier today. So now I have three voice mails from him. Anyone know how many it takes to become harassment? Maybe if he'd have left details about his claims, instead of threats, I would have called him back. Nothing from nothing is all you will get from me now Mark.
- Caller: SSC/ US Processors
- Call type: Debt collector
- Tamianth replies to Anthony From TexasWell good. I'm glad he reads here! Tell him I said hello, bring the verifiable info and post it up if they are legit. Demand a debt validation as per the FDCPA law sent via hard copy in the US mail. Neither phone, fax nor email are legal proof of. You also want a verifiable legal business name and legal street address that can be verified ala google maps, website and BBB. With so many names given and nothing turning up on any of it, I think you have a extortion scam operation and recommend you report them accordingly to the FBI,FTC and other agency's. I seriously doubt you will get any verifiable info out of them.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans
Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010 FBI National Press Office
(202) 324-3691
The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.
According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.
The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.
