has called my phone 4 times but never leaves a message

just got a call from this number....i picked up and listened....sounds like a teenager (black).....they were talking to someone else and said, "They didn't say anything.", and hung up.

says they are a cash loan place. on 400.00 you pay back 3000.00 aint that a rippoff!!

Received first call at 8pm tonight . Did not pick up. No message left , always look up these numbers when they call .

Have received 19 calls from this number in the last half hour. Don't know what north cash is or how they got my info. I ALWAYS look up numbers if I don't know them.

They just called me i am so tired of these con artist calling me i always look up all numbers that call me they can [***].

Received a phone call less than a half an hour ago. I didn't answer it because I didn't know the number. She left a voicemail and said that I needed to call them back and that it was 'rather important'. Um, no, I don't think so.

I received a call from this last week and then again today. The first guy who called was named Herman and then a woman named Nikki called today. They left similar messages saying it was "rather important" and "very important." They didn't say where they were calling from. North Cash is a legitimate payday loan place and I took out a payday loan there last summer but paid it off. I was concerned so I called back (the number they call from is North Cash's actual number) and spoke to someone in customer service and in collections. They both confirmed my loan had been paid off and said they show no contact with me since September 2013. They said they have been receiving complaints. I wanted to report this that way if anyone had actually taken a loan out through them, make sure you're calling them directly. I'm not sure how they're using their number but be very careful if you do have a loan with them.

I made a mistake and took out a payday loan. Didn't have enough money to pay the bills. I ask them if I could pay them off in installment loans at a low fee and they said no. I had to close out my checking account to save my money to pay my bills. To me I don't owe these fools anything. They are a rip off!!

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

NorthCash keeps calling to state that I owe for a payday loan.  This company is not authorized to offer payday loans in the state of Nebraska & is not registered in the state of Nebraska with the Nebraska Department of Banking & Finance.  This company along with OnSpot, LendGreen, PlainGreen & VIP Loan Shop are also parties that are doing the same practices & have been attempting to make collections & calling.

sounds like a scam- payday loan place, but loan was already paid and some one else is trying to collect money on it

Just received a very unprofessional call from this number saying my online cash advance loan application was incomplete and they wanted to know if I still wanted it. I've never heard of this company and never filled out an application for a payday loan ANYWHERE. I asked for more info because this was sounding like ID theft. The girl said I would have to answer security questions before they could talk to me about it which I refused because I didn't want to give out personal info. She said some one would call me back - they never did. I checked my credit report and it looks ok, but I'm going to keep checking.....

Called  me at 5am

This number keeps calling. Leaves no message. I don't answer numbers that I don't kno.
I don't have time for Bull Crap Scam Artist.
I wish that they would quit calling.
If they Continue to call.
I'm going to get the police involved.

Keep calling spammers..... I dare ya, got plenty of room to block more numbers, texts, emails, gmails etc. I love it when they call, and then thier automatically cut off and blocked... Hahahaha lol.

SCAM artists named FELIX of NC, LLC wrote a bank check for $2350 to my bank and the damn bank paid it out of my account!!!  Phone # on check 855-333-8844.  When you call it the robot has one word for you: Goodbye.  Red flags everywhere - they hit my bank on Friday to have 2 days to run with my money, the check looks phoney and is, huge amount from someone I do not have on my bill pay list and damn BOA paid it with no call to me, nothing.  My account has a history of [***] like this ripping me off, I'm a lot smarter now.  BEWARE of these scammers - nobody else seems to give a crap these crooks should be easy to catch - FOLLOW THE MONEY - yet nobody catches them.

After playing around on one of the credit checking sites it offered me all these payday loans and pre-approvals, since then I have received many of these calls. One being North Cash, the interest is just too high!!
