I got a call from this number (855)501-2837 stating I opened an account in 2011 with jewelry custom and had unpaid monthly payments and that  owed over 2,500 in late fees. that this was n my credit report.
Yet they answer with no business name, just answer wit a name. I Googgled this so called jewelry place and nothing comes up for that specific name. Its not on my credit report......and its a load of bull.
Its a scam and they just want money!!!!

i got a call from 8555012837 stating i was documents. it was about a unpaid credit card that i was getting pursued on ni thought yea right som scam but i actually did get the documents now im having my checks garnished. tried to settle they said to late held responsible for whole balance. so this is legit.

Now, now the real R2D2 would never tell lies like you just have.  Let's see since you were "served" legal documents please post the name of the Plaintiff (that would be the name at the top before it says vs.), their address, and the court docket number since this is all public record after you went before a judge and lost your case.  You did go before a judge right?  Or was that on some criminal matter unrelated to this?
The sure sign of a shill is the fact that they can not type a proper coherent sentence because they have such low IQ's.  You of course are the perfect example.

This is nothing more than a mall and KAM  operates out of a box number.  Actual operations are at someone's house in a run-down area of a run-down town.  Typical mall-rate kitchen table debt scammer.   Small town New York is a magnet for them.

Same old, same old debt scamming technique:

Call you and say:
1. You have defrauded a financial institution
2. You owe an unpaid payday loan
3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan
5. You will receive a court summons
6.  Authorities are coming to arrest you
7.  Anything similar to above

Do everybody a favor and post your actually physical working address.   A lot of people would like to visit your team and have a little discussion.  I know the NY Attorney General would.   He's pretty good about shutting down debt scammers.

Yea these people don't let up. I have reported this number to the ftc and filed a complaint against this number and  who ever Micheal Davis is that leaves harassing phone calls.

Just got another phone call from Micheal Davis saying I was going to have papers served. I don't owe any payday loans. Beware  he is using a local area code to leave A message. He is calling my work cell to leave it. Amazing how they can get your work cell once again going to file another complaint against him with ftc. Gonna file every time he calls.

That's funny, he's coming to my house at 5pm on july 31 too! He must be a magician to be in all those places at once...
