My wife was contacted by 855-657-6617 claiming to be "clear credit solutions" trying to scare her(which they did) into beliieving she had a pay day loan that was unpaid and forced her into giving her them her debt card numbers to set up payments and even offered her a "debt seettlement" once she told me i made her call the pay day loan comapny and they never heard of the place listed above and when we called back the 855-657-6617 they said they had so many files etc that we would get an email the next day but to no avail it never happened. the scare tactics they used caused her to get more ill than what she is during our high risk pregnancy.we even had a federal law enforcement officer we know look in to it and he has started a major investigation so please be warned.

Call from Clear Credit Solutions 855-641-6200 I never answer phone numbers I don't recognize two messages were left on my VM both stating that I needed to contact them ASAP. I called the number spoke with Valerie Nixon she stated I could call her Valerie because she likes to be informal. I explained I had no idea what she was talking about as she stated I had opened a payday loan and closed the account I explained to her I have had same checking account since 2006. She stated a company named Triple Services was  going to sue me for a $300 pay day loan and with all the interest and fees it accumulated the charge is now over $800. I asked her what she was talking about again and she stated this payday loan was from October 2011. REALLY!!!!! She then stated she had to look at my file further and then proceeded to tell me the that I was going to be served the next day unless I give her payment info. I explained serve away because I don't owe anything. She asked me if I was sure because she didn't want me looking over my back today or the next day, I said I am not looking over my back and to please serve me because my uncle is an attorney.

The next day I get a call from Ralph Johnson claiming to be a process server, mind you the call came from a restricted number so he had to speak to my VM, I listened to the call and he stated his name and that he was a processor for Louisiana in the lower parishes and that he would be at my place of employment or my home  between 2-4. then he stated that he would then contact local courts with my state and federal information and again he didn't here from the company that I had called them and paid he would contact the courts in the county and then he would see me between 2-5. He voice was very convincing but I am aware of my rights and I know you cant be served before a SUIT is filed silly boy.

    Its 100% scam...
they are a fake debt collector scam and their talk off is clear violations of the FDCPA. I'm a debt collector by trade, so I recognized it immediatly as a scam. I contacted my attorney as soon as I hung up the phone to file legal suit for violations of FDCPA.

I spoke to "Valerie Nixon" who tried in vain to convince me that if I didn't pay $500 that I was gonna be served with court papers, and face both civil and criminal penalties for "fraud". FYI folks.....YOU CANNOT be arrested or prosecuted criminally for a debt.....EVER!

    - She refused to send validation of the debt
    - When asked if she was a collection agency, she said she was from a "law firm" which she retracted and admitted she was a collector when I asked who the attorney was, his bar #, and what state he practiced in.
    - She gave a bogus address in Buffalo NY that when I googled, came back as a "DMV Traffic Bureau".
    - She tried to say she was on the floor above it and gave a bigus suite number that didnt exist. I verified this when I called the management company for the building she claimed to be in.....the floor she claimed not only didnt exist, but they verified no such company occupied the building, and the suite number didnt exist either.
    - They have bogus "process servers" call you and leave threatening messages to scare you into calling the scammers

I have all the convos recorded and plan to upload them on YouTube to make as many people aware of these frauds. They are a crew of scammers.......right down to the frauds that answer the phone and get rude as [***] when you ask specific questions, on up to Valerie and her scam "supervisor" that will try to "close" the scam.

    - DO NOT Give them any bank acct information
    - DO NOT Give them your SSN (they'll try to "verify" it with you)
    - DO tell them they are a scam, and hang up on them

I'll post the YT link when they are uploaded for some comic relief :)

    BTW....
Any LEGIT process server will NEVER announce they are coming lol !!! Legit process servers show up where you least expect them to and without warning because it lessens the chance they'll be "dodged" by the folks they're trying to serve.

"Clear Credit Solutions" doesn't even have my correct name but continue to leave alternately good and bad cop messages. In the time they've been annoying me this "company" has changed numbers about a dozen times. (I know because I keep blocking them and they keep getting new numbers.) Clearly legit.

And the b.s. starts again.. Calling me and leaving me messages that I need to call them back.  Not a chance.  Been dealing with these fraud calls for over 3 years now.  Unless they can validate the debt IN WRITING....tell them to go pound sand.  I just hang up on them or I have my air horn if they continue to call.  I just pick it up and say hello and then let it rip.  Usually they stop calling because they can't hear.  [***].

Clear Credit solutions called me today and they claimed I have a payday loan that has been delinquent. The first time they called me I was very upset it was a guy named Sean Richards he tried to push me into settling a debt that I never ever had. I did a fraud alert on my credit report and I also called the payday loan company that I supposedly had this debt with they said that they had no record of me taking out a payday loan. Sean Richards call me again within a week and I told him that I knew he was a scam he got worked up and we both hung up. So today I get a voicemail from clear credit and they're basically saying the same thing Sean Richard said. I called back and was transferred to a Melissa Ford how ironic I proceeded to tell her she was a scam she got upset and hung up on me I called back and got in touch with a paralegal and told her that they were scamming me and she kept telling me they were a part of The better business bureau so like I was supposed to care she then transferred me to her compliance officer and I told her she was scamming me and she told me she was going to close it out and never to call her ever again so how are you supposed to be a scammer but far from professionalThe phone number is 407-223-0068 mind you that's a Florida number but they're based in Delaware I guess it's possible AnyWho 500 fast cash let me know that they have a lot of scammers going after customers in non customers. So beware

These people are calling all over the place about me. I have talked to them and they lied to me. I waited for the papers they were saying I was getting served with.  Never got them.  They are bothering old people in my ex husbands family.  This is ridiculous
