Called and left a vml about federal law of a financial complaint- they want for you to call back - they do not say who is requested info or what company there calling from..

Leaves a message stating a formal complaint is filed but does not state who is calling, what the complaint is or even who they are calling for.  Did not return the call

I get this message about once a month, and they even call my sister. It has been going on for over a year now. Ignore the calls, nobody is suing me, and I know I have no outstanding debts.

Left a message stating her name was Veronica Dupree with Cornerstone Mediation services and she was calling on behalf of her client Best of Goods & Services who is charging me with Malicious Intent to defraud and that I needed to call 855-834-4759 to make a statement before they filed the claim with their clerk and it would be to late then went on to say good luck?! I cant find any info for either company.... Scam?????

So what is this? I just got same message

I just got a call from this number, 855-834-4759. They left message that I needed to call right away before charges are filled against me. That Federal Law requires them to call me to determine what their next step is. I called the number and got an answering machine. Evidently the person at the "extension" was not available. How do I get on Do Not Call List?

If there was a formal complaint filed against you, I doubt very seriously they would leave an automated message on your phone.  I have been served with tax papers before and they do not call to tell you when you are going to be served nor do they call and leave an automated message on your phone.

Message says calling for a "Courtney" and is a collections item.  If not "Courtney" disregard message.   Bout every 3 months get this.

Cornerstone Resolution Group Inc. Claims i have a payday loan unpayed from 2009 this is the first i have ever heard of it ever. For over $1,100 the conversation got a little heated the lady ended up calling my mother a N****r, and a bi*** and she should have drowned me as a baby. I hung up she ended up calling me back at a different number cause i blocked that number and said that was not like her I said too damn bad gave her a few words of my own and hung up.
Def a SCAM SCAM SCAM a real company would not treat people or talk to people like that.

Keep getting calls from this place for "Phillip Jackson" or "Delores Jackson". I've told them that there are no such people here, but they keep calling and even left a message to call them back.  

Must be a bunch of illegals . Can't  understand any thing they say.  What a joke.

Called me said they have a package to deliver to me. My information has been sold off many times and these people say the say thing every time. I get a call about once ever 3 months or so from some random company. This is obviously a scam. I am an 800 credit score and owe no one anything. The number they called me was 469-293-9068

Got a call from 469-293-9068 saying they were a locator service trying to serve me with a summons in a civil suit and wanted to verify my address for service.  They gave an address that I haven't lived at in over 3 years.  Asked them what the suit was about, got transferred to someone else.  They said they were calling on behalf of LaSalle Bank and they bought the debt from Check-N-Go (but I got a call from Nationwide saying they now owned the Check-N-Go debt a couple of days ago and wanted payment).  I explained to them that I had filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and Check-N-Go was listed as a creditor and I was no longer responsible for the debt.  They asked me who my attorney was, and I told them "I filed pro per" and they continued to ask who my attorney was - pro per means you filed on your own.  Any kind of legal firm or collection company would know this.  Finally got the person my chapter 7 case number and they said they never received notice.  In any event, they cannot contact me again about this, since in doing so would be in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act.  Find it kinda strange that 3 days before my discharge they're all of a sudden calling me about this.  

Yes they are scam bunch of pothead losers that were able to put together a collection agency

They are a scam. Contact your state's attorney office. They will stop them from calling
