I received a call from 855-935-3705, stating I have two debts with them, in the past some Asian guy kept calling and making harassing calls threatening to take my to court etc etc I blocked the number and know un get a call from a mr reed saying the same thing.

yes, I actually got a call from them also, Mr. Reed called and I actually fell for it..and gave them 100.00 and set up a payment arrangement with them. about a payday loan I got. but don't know if they are handling that case, they like had all my banking information but couldnt give me no dates. Had a local agent call me and threatening to come to my house. and then when i called the number back, they were so rude and then asked me how I get this number. and then Mr Reed got on the phone apologizing for the other guys rudiness. THEY WILL NOT GET ANYMORE MONEY OUT OF ME.

This  piece of [***] is calling in reference to my daughter who has not lived in my home for 14 years and has no knowledge of this clown. I have researched and found they are a scam group. They start calling on the same issue about this time every year. They are trash. Google Delaware Solutions and it's there in print. They pass numbers around and the hook is always the same. I have reported them to both state and federal authorities. Lowest forms of human beings. They have tried to pray on parents concern for their kids. I would love one of them to come to my home so I could get their Vehicle ifoeo and have the police speak with them and check their credentials.

I've sued a few companies and have recovered some funds some have filed for bankruptcy.

Nothing screams "Nigerian Scammer" louder than that post. It's a classic! Do they even have public schooling in Lagos?

received a call at work from Marshal Cooper,  Said he will be at my work on Friday with the Sheriff's dept. I will need to have (2) forms of ID and a supervisor will have to be present.  So I should call 855-935-3705  as so as I could to stop the process.
I will not call. Here I am....Let's Do it!

Mr. Reed has been calling my work number.  I asked him to remove it., He called back.  I told him that he was on a recorded line and he then said I was on a recorded line.   I told him I have no loans, no bills.  I then said I'm done. he was threatening me with court papers.  I told him he is to notify me by certified mail then I hung up.

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

I  got the same call. Did they ever come. I dont owe these people money. What should I do
