They left a message to call luster services for state of new york when I called back it sais they were asg can not find this company anywhere nor the phone number listed anywhere might be debt collector or  scam I registered for do not cAll list and since they have not cAlled me but r bothering relatives so I Addex their numbers to do not call list see what happenz they never left a messsage on my phone before not up until now when they callex my father in law.

Debt collectors do not have to honor the Do Not Call list so registering will not stop these calls.

They stopped calling my phone number when I signed up for do not. call list. Its just strange . I called them fhey have 3 prompts for different information all prompts went to same person. if its a company u would think there would be different people for each prompt

Debt Collectors do not have to abide by the DNC which is for telemarketers. Debt Collectors have their own set of laws they must abide by called the FDCPA Laws.
