This number is a number that has been given to my co-worker telling them that there are charges pending against me. I don't like the fact that they are calling or having people to call my job giving out this information it is for my ears and not others. I would like this number to be reported. It was inappropriate for who ever it was to exploit my personal business

It is highly illegal for ANY debt collector to call your work place. It is harassment.  THESE ARE SCAMMERS!

It is only illegal if you tell them you are not permitted to take their calls at work. However, this call did violate provisions of the FDCPA by disclosing protected details to their coworker and making false statements about pending criminal charges.

I do apologize, I should have been more specific.  

It is highly illegal for a debt collector to speak with anyone else at your work place about anything regarding your debt.

These people are totally breaking all the rules. Report the callers to the Attorney General in your state and do not give them any info. They are scam artist that use a past due from years ago or maybe you filled out an app online with your info... they try to illegally threaten and go through employers and family to try scare  tactics. Do be aware that they have your real info if they are calling you so flag your credit with the credit companies. My employer is aware and gave them some words! I sure hope that they get stopped. Not a fool here!

Shanell morgan calls from this number claiming to be on the way to my home with documents to serve if i dont pay on a payday loan. I never had a loan with hushhawk but that is who she represents. She can talk tall into a vmail but backs down when you ask her to produce proof.

Called me claiming I owe a Payday loan.  I have ever only taken out 2 of them and have my reciepts for payment in full. Threatened me with legal action if I didn't pay today.
