This number belongs to a company(s) in Las Vegas, Nv. The owners are Robert M Raskin and Kathleen J Raskin. They are scam artist so BEWARE if you get a call from them. They go by multiple names and now they are telling people that they are in Summerlin, Nv. Also they have multiple "bait"(sites they have made saying how great they are) sites that they will use when trying to sell you what is basically spyware. There are also numerous sites i.e. www.ripoffreport.com, www.scam.com, activerain.com, BBB.com with people who have been ripped off or were contacted by their high pressure sales dept. or them personally. here is a suggestion to stop Business Development Institute just cut/copy paste and then submit your own personal experience send to Sec of State of Nevada who is the elected official to protect people especially seniors from consumer fraud!

I am a resident of Oregon and was seeking advice and interest in filing for an LLC.  The attached
communication will give you some indication of why I am alarmed and concerned as a senior  and a long time bs owner of
over 40 years of a swimming school in Oregon.  I asked for a confirmation of cancellation by this/ these companies of
my alleged intent to order.

I originally thought I was dealing with a company called Nevada Corporate Filings with their website at
www.nevadacorporatefilings.com  to file for a LLC . They were charging an exhorbitant price of $3530.Later my research has revealed that
at the most they should be charging less than $500 for this service. .  
The company website says they have been in business for over 50 years of experience. When researching , their claims proved to be
false.

in the end I was dealing with all kinds of people using 5 different dbas . and the order was put through as an order with AMEX for that amount for a website search engine optimazation pkg with google !  I never even talked to them about search engines!!! Let alone order one!

Also I was contacted by one of their " specialists" who was supposed to be married to an attorney by the name of Michael Potter , her last name is
Genet and she congratulates me for applying for a C-Corporation by email and wants more information out of me which thankfully I did not give. .  Needless to say the alarms are deffinitely going off in my brain by this time!

I have informed all entities that I could find regarding this matter that I  expect to be protected by the laws of Nevada to cancel this order. I have canceled my AMEX to protect my self further and have asked Nevada Corporate Filings, Randal Young, Benjamin Defrita and their offices with  Bs
Development Institute which I never heard of until I called a company called Dynamic Web Products who switched me to their other division?
What ever DBA s  they decide to use, I have asked them  to stop harrassing me with phone calls trying to talk me into doing business with them

It now appears that all the companies/ dbas are somehow linked. Regardless ....I do not want to do  bs with them, I have received no services or materials from them and I will refuse all materials that they try to send me returned to them unopened / marked refused .

I do not want to form an LLC in Nevada after this experience.
Thank you for your investigation into this matter and for the sake of other Seniors that might be vulnerablly trying to protect their assets and
estates.

Looks like 1-866-427-8849 is exactly the same company usaseopros who camed me out of $2545. I am filing a consumer complaint form, because these people need to be stopped. i was forced to take my website out and recreate it , it was full of hidden links ,spamware, adware, and i kept getting the warning that my site was a phishing site. I sure learned my lesson, if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. I hope that lots of people are prevented from doing the same mistake.

Here's what I found out.  

They sell a two services: (1) Search Engine Optimization and (2) company formation.  Both are legitimate services.  I was referred by a business friend and they are on the up-and-up.  They are vertically integrated so their different branches operate from the same offices. They use software that helps your business website get a much higher listing in Search Engines using keywords you approve.  

The shrill tone and outrageous attitude of the first poster in this line-up cracks me up. Talk about over-reacting !!  None the less, it seems some members of the public actually believe that any business they decide not to move forward with is out to cheat them - even if that's not true.

I decided to have them help me form a company.  The price included a lot more than just registration, and the follow-up contact was just to get information needed to prepare corporate documents, that's all.  It's too bad that perople are so quick to criticize and call something a scam even if it's not - and that only hurts legitimate business owners trying to offer a service.   I hope common sense and courtesy will prevail.

this company is fraud 101 i work for these scum buckets and have done so for about 3 years... They will tell you anything to get your money. We sell Nevada corps, Real estate video scams, an online auto trader deal, seo, pretty much every telemarketing scam there is. I want to quit but it pays my bills.

Hi I just signed-up for usaseopro.Immediately after joining, I Google their name and came up with a lot of scam reports. I called back and asked to stop the order with my cc.  I was told that they could not because they already submitted it and were doing work on my account. It had been less than 5 min. but they still refused.

Usaseopros and was promisted the would told how the could put my wabsite in the number one spot ECT I did not ever
hear them tell me that they had a no refund policy they sayed it was a one time fee to set up a webpage and that they would call me back on Friday the 2 2009.

They Toke me to some websites and told me of all the awards they had so it sounded good.

After I hung up I started to check them out with the BBB
and saw they had a F rateing and 36 complains.

I called back and left a message telling do not call on friday I was not interested in the service after seeing how bad of a company they were.

They never called on Friday to set up a web site for me
I did not here from them The have never sent anything to me so I waited 13 days for my refund and it never came so I sent them emails still did not here from them so I filed a report with American Express.

Just got a letter from American Express and paperes from Business Development that they sent to American express
saying that they had set up an website  and sent there no refund policy

All the stuff they sent American Express is a lie I found all of it on there website Global Internet Opportunities
They sent a picture of my website capsure page Saying
this was the campain sit built for client.

I called them and there say there are going to call me back with the tape were they told me they had a no refund
on cancelation policy.

They never called me to set up a website campaign.

I am going to vidio tape the call for evedence.

What was you experiance Like ?

Did you get your money back or did you go to court.

The Nevada Licence Department should that there licence away.

Did you talk to the DA or do you have the name of a good lawyer I could talk to.

I am currently involved in a PayPal dispute with this scam company USASEOPROS.com.

If they send me to collections I will file a Pro Se lawsuit against them in Federal Court .I have experience successfully representing myself in the past against bigger slimier companies then this . If anyone wants to join me in this lawsuit let me know or better yet I will show you how to sue them yourself. Multiple lawsuits burying them in paper work would do them some good. i got the same drill that you have all described, except it was 7am here in australia and i was still in bed.  they called back at 8am as requested and the girl that originally contacted me put me on to someone else, shane hill he said his name was.
anyway, if they provide the service that we bought, i will be happy and feel like i got my money's worth.
my only hesitation is that they were supposed to call back this morning at 8am and didn't.  at 8:30am we called shane (who had given his direct number 866 472 8764 x261) and he got someone to call us back within 10 minutes.  it was someone from the "marketing team" ... a lady, who said anthony from the day before who had set up the appointment after we had paid by paypal had made a booboo.
i was a little concerned that they had not called.  there was one other glitch in the story.  the marketing team lady had said she hadn't called to reschedule because anthony was not in today, but then later in her story she said she had gone to anthony and told him off for making the appointment.
they are supposed to be calling tomorrow morning at 8am again to go through the marketing teams part ... then supposedly onto the tech department for their part.
IF they DO what they sold me on, then i will be more than happy to pay what i did $3690USD (which is nearly $5000AUD) for 40 keywords for 6 months.
i will come back here later and report how things are going.
the thing that concerns me here is the employees that have posted.  i'm sure they want to get your money, don't we all ... but so long as it is to make a sale and then deliver what was promised, i don't have a problem.  that's not a scam, that's just business.
we'll see ... and i'll return and report.
