My caller id recorded 5 calls from this number. I missed all of them, and no message from this caller on my voice mail. I wonder who wants to talk to me this badly :)

I heard the message and it said it was my credit card company (though it was interesting the message didn't specify the name of my credit card company) and said I had not contacted them about lowering my interest rate. As if anyone's credit card company would be concerned that their customers were paying too much interest. Anyway, I called credit card and they confirmed it was not them and said that it was a scam.

Received a call from this number, they left no message. I have since blocked the number through call screen.

I answered the call from this number and they said they wanted to lower my interest rate.  When I questioned which company credit card they were with they said Visa or Mastercard with MCI. Of course I don't have a card with that company and said as much... then there was silence.  It is a scam.

Mutual Savings is the name of the company. I called the number back when it appeared on my call display. I asked to be put on their DO NOT CALL list.

the lower interst rate person came on after I waited a bit.  [can you imagine? they put me on hold for the next available agent!]  I said to takemy name off their list and hung up while the person was still running through his speil.

Received a call from this number, I answered the call and hungup

Answered the phone and recording said they were from my credit card company and that if I stayed on line I can reduce interest rates. Called back and was asked if I wanted to retrieve my voicemail......GRRRRR

Hi Heather,

When you asked to be put on the do not call list what were you told?  The line I got was that it was computer generated and they needed my phone # and last name.  I have never encountered such rude people and by the way they are based in Tacoma Washington.  I'm in Canada and yes, they can lower my interest rates too by negotiating with the banks - yea, right!

Let the phone ring. Checked message and had about 5 seconds of silence.

Call constantly and leave message regarding lowering interest rates... Best part is they always say "Consider this your final notice". Yeah right... that's why they keep calling even when I never pick up or call back!

I answered and pressed 1 to talk to them and asked who they were.  They said they can lower my interest due to my perfect payment record by working with my credit card company and banks.  Then wanted to know how much I owed.  Funny... they know I have a perfect payment record, but not my balance... hmmmmm.... I asked ecxctly who was it they represented, and a snippy person said, "I told you who we represent."  As I was wondering exactly how BIG of  a scam I was listening to, THEY rudley hung up on ME!!!  Guess they wern't getting anywhere with all my questioning...-  so sad...:)

Woman started to pitch, said her name was Mrs. ???, told I do not discuss finacial issues with 3rd party companies.

I've never spoken to them. Their message starts on pick up so vm only records half the pitch. Same as others, lower rate, last chance, very fast talker. Thanks to others who have posted their conversations with them to help the rest of us avoid this scam.

I'm from Trois-Rivieres in Quebec.  I received a call today from 1-866-627-9325.  I heard the messages......wow, what a joke !!!!  First, i was affraid that ma credit card was stollen....Now I realised it's scam.   I hope that it was the first and the last call from this jerk company.....I'm sorry, my english is not perfect, I hope you can understand this message, do you ?

Cel phone rang, I answered and a recorded message to press 1 if I was to get in for a final notice to reduce interest on credit card. I pressed 1 and got a lady who wanted to verify my middle name. She got offended when I asked who she was and who she was with. She replied that she was with all the banks and I would be receiving a call back in 15 minutes. The call never did come back.

Recorded message when I answered and was told to press 1 to set up a time to meet with a consultant to lower my credit card interest rate.  I hung up and called the number back and the woman answered with Mutual Savings.  She was rude and denied calling me.  I called back and got a recorded message from MCS (NCS?) Wealth and again was told to press 1 to leave a message.  I left a message asking that they remove my number from their list and not to call back.  I am in Edmonton, Alberta and I have had numerous calls from this company.  Was the first time I was able to call back and leave a message.
