Said they had a report filed in their office today, needed to get correct address to mail paperwork.  Called from 667-207-2655

This is a scam collector they use a ton of different numbers, seems like a new one each week. THIS IS A SCAM! Do not give them any information over the phone or internet. If they have a legal case they must send it through the mail. Do not give them your address. If this is a legal case they will already have your address. By law once you tell them not to call you or any other number to try to reach you THEY MUST COMPLY or it is harassment. They try to use fear and scare you, DO NOT FALL FOR IT! File a police report against them and the number they called from and any return number they may leave on voice mail. These people are sorry excuses for human beings so don't fall for their tactics!!!

Received a phone call from (866) 853-9457 telling me that it was an important call.  I pretended that I was a receptionist answering the phone and told them that I didn't take personal phone calls here at my employment if it is not related to my job.  They left their number.  5 minutes later, they called my company cell number and left another number (661) 347-1948 telling me that it was mandated phone call and I have to reach them within 24 hours or they will take it to the next level.  I could tell that their numbers were scrambled each time they call me.  Want these harassing phone calls to stop!

I blocked my caller ID and called this number back. I got their introduction message and found the number to belong to Accredited Receivables Management. I found their website and of course the information about what they do is extremely vague. There is no address for them either.

This number called me today reference to a claim that was filed with them total scam if I owed them anything I would of received a notice in the mail and they would know my address.

Got a call to call 866-853-9457 from a 580 area code...apparently they move a lot

Yes, they've called my OFFICE phone 3X today in the same HOUR! 1st VM from "Ben" said he needs a call back today or there's "nothing else he can do to help me" and my file will be sent to an atty to prosecute??? 2nd VM said that "this is my last attempt to contact you, I need a call back by today" and THEN he called 15mins later-LOL.
CALLLED FROM 916-379-7492 but asked that I dial him back at 866-853-9457 ext. 197....Give it up, buddy!

Getting a ton of calls from this number and also the 844-742-00XX numbers. When I asked them to mail me a letter validating the debt they said it was sent 4 months ago and they can not send another one (I never received a letter). I told them I would not pay them unless there was proof of the debt. I also told them I wanted their address and they asked for what purpose and I said that I wanted to verify the company. He refused to provide the address. I spoke with a lawyer- they told me to ignore all future calls. He advised that any legitimate debt collector knows that they need to provide their address if asked. I also asked if they would email me the information and after holding for 10 minutes he said that he can collect payment or put down that I'm refusing to pay and forward on to a law firm for legal proceedings. What they are doing is illegal.

Got a call on my cellphone reference to a claim that was filed with them-said her name was Miss Nicholls and if I didn't contact her within the day that the claim would be denied?????
Got home and had the same message on my answering machine.

They just called my home phone three times in 5 minutes, they called my job, and they just tried my cell phone, this is a scam, they get your information if you have ever applied for a payday loan, this is the third or fourth number that has tried to call me. The last one I started demanding who do I owe and wouldn't let them talk, they got so frustrated with me that they started yelling then hung up. I owe no one. What ever I had I worked with a debt consolidator to clear everything up, They can go to hell. I blocked all of their numbers and if they call from another one I don't answer. I am going to change my numbers, that is the only way they will stop.

to desist in harassing you. Demand that they desist from
calling you, regardless of whether you own anything or not.
Most likely you don't own anything, since they often
try to collect invalid or old debt, debt which is no longer
enforceable.

Never use their toll free numbers. Spend $2 or $3
in certified mail so that if they fail to comply
with your directives, you can sue them.

Mr. Johnson contacted me from 866-853-9457. He informed me to call him back at 855-935-3680 ext. 191. When I call back, He wanted my SSN, DOB, and Current Address. My Scammer Sense was at a all time high. So, I look up their company information and find out that they have several fake numbers out there. The company actual name is  "ARM WNY, LLC" . Their website is: http://wnyarm.com/index.html. That company has offices located in several states .

That number bellows to a guy name Jimmie Johnson and also goes by Russell Warren and Jake Johnson works with two other guys Clifton Lee and Jay Dubbs in scamming people of id, money, etc They need to be put away.
