I got a charge on my bank statement on March 8 from this number..they lady said it was for Web entertainment which my self and my husband do not watch. He was at work and I was at work half the day and at home with the grandkid the other half of the day. I called to speak with a representative but they transferred me to another representative who said they were having technical difficulties and for me to call them back so I can have the fraudulent charge removed....Hmmmm.

I was also charged on my checking account for $29.95 for Web Entertainment.  Did not authorize charge.  Who are these people?  And how are they getting account numbers?

This also happened to me, $29.95 from Web Entertainment.  I was checking around online and found another forum where it seemed like the common thread was having  a mortgage with Taylor Bean & Whitaker that was transferred to Cenlar when they went away which I did.  Anyone else?

I also had charge to my checking using a generic check.  I called the Web Entertainment number on the check and they said they are refunding the money and barring me from purchasing anything from Web Entertainment, which is fine with me.  It apparently was for an adult entertainmment site.  I also asked them for the date, time and IP address that the charge was requested.  The IP address was 67.183.36.147.  In response to EMA, I have no connection with Taylor Bean & Whitaker.

Same here. Two charges a few days apart. Web entertainment and Global Web.  Looking for a connection as well. Not a Cenlar customer, but I guess some time in the past I could have been. I will have to research that.  I use Geico and American Bankers for insurance, Verizon for phone. Central Bank, Missouri area. Any connections anyone?

Another site is reporting a trend of Everhome mortgage customers getting these charges. I'm one of them. Anybody?

I found a 29.95 "Web Entertainment" charge on 3/15 from my PNC checking account (the fraudulent check actually says National City Bank), I also have an account with Everhome.  Have not had a chance to try and get the charge reversed.

I was charged 29.95 for a fraudulent charge on my checking account. This is for an adult site. They gave me PI #67-159-47-244 and an E-mail address, the E-mail does not work. The purchase date was 3-14-13 at 6:05am. How can I find out who this is?

Apparently this has been going on awhile. Here's a link to a prior entry on this site with a slightly different number. This was way back in Feb 2011, again with the Cenlar/Everhome theme. The account that I had with them was from several years ago, but never had any problems until now.

I had a charge from Web Entertainment show up on 3/6/2013 for the $29.95.  I also was a TBW customer that got tranferred to Cenlar.  I am still with Cenlar.  Please let me know who you contacted there and I will contact them as well.  I'm sure they will deny everything but I'll try anyway.  Is there anyone else we can contact about this like BBB or some Federal Agency that investigated TBW to begin with?

There was a charge of $29.95 on 3/19 on my checking account too so I called this number and also was told that someone else may have my account info and used it.  I too was an Everhome client up until January of this year.  I was told that I'd receive a refund within 3-5 biz days.  Has anyone been successful getting the refund?
