I also received a bogus debit card charge of $9.55 from this company. It posted within a few days of an incident at a local Gamestop store here in Houston that I kind of wondered about. I was purchasing a $50 video game with my debit card and just as the clerk started to ring the transaction up, he saw me start to swipe my card and quickly asked, "Pin number?" Without thinking, I blurted out the number. Since others have reported that the charge comes back attributed to a hobby/game store, I have a feeling that the Gamestop clerk has something to do with this. Anybody else on here from Houston? At any rate, I'm on my way to the bank.

I had the same thing happen to me this morning...I got on my computer to check my account like I do every morning and there is this charge for $9.65. I didn't recognize the company name, and with it being so close to christmas I have kept all reciepts from anything I have bought. I knew for a fact that I hadn't ordered anything from this company. I called my bank and asked about it. They had heard of this company and the problems with them, so they knew it was a bogus charge. I had to change my CC# and file fraud charges but it's worth it not to loose any more money to these people. This is not the first time this has happened to me, I am just glad that I check my account every day or I may not have caught it.

I had a 9.60 DEN enterprise transaction go unnoticed in Sep.  In November I was hit with a $206 dollar transaction at the Message Centre in London (a company I never heard of).  It didn't show up until my December statement.  I have a pending charge of $63 at a CVS pharmacy in VA. I have since closed this account, but apparently DEN checks the cards authenticity before it sells it.  I am hoping to at least find info on the thieves who bought the card info.

Charged $9.55 on 01-16-08, didn't find until this last Saturday. Called number (1-877-487-4751) and only got voicemail. Finally able to talk to my bank (closed for the holiday until today) and canceled my debit card and ordered a new one. (along with filling out fraud papers, and a letter).

Have no idea of where or how anyone got my debit card number. Haven't used at any new or different places, rarely use online (to pay AT&T bill, electric bill, to buy stuff at major retailers online, etc...) Use at Wal-Mart and local grocery store.

Also wrote my attorney generals consumer protection division about this, hoping that at the very least them being aware of situation can maybe stop it from happening again.

A company I do not know charged $9.55 on my Bank Of America debit card on 1-26-08.I called the bank and said I did not make this charge. It says Den Enterprises Oak Brook ILL.The bank said my pin was not hit in and it was used as a credit card. The bank gave me the number to call Den Enterprises and all I got was a voicemail.(1-877-487-4751).
I cancelled my debit card that day,and these people put another charge through on the next day 1-27-08.I am going to the bank in the morning in person because the local bank never returned my phone call.I want to know how the bank can give my money away after I cancelled my debit card and brought the fraud to their attention.
I use this card for bills,ATT,Light Bill,Grocery store,Walmart.Amazon and a few other online retailers.I am in Connecticut. This charge is from Oak Brook,ILL.The  ILL attorney general's office,Consumer protection simply said to download their complaint form to investigate it.I will also contact Ct attorney general. The bank could care less because they said someone had simply keyed my debit card into a point of sale pad that afternoon in ILL.

Same thing here -- $9.65 charge found on my online statement.  Immediately called the number and was transferred to voicemail.  Called my bank and requested an investigation.  My bank issued the credit and started an investigation.  I called my bank today after reading the information on this site and requested that the card be closed.  Thanks for the great info!!

I just reviewed my statment and noticed that I had a charge for 9.55 from Den Enterprises 877-487-4751.  I too did the phone call but only got an answering machine.  Left a message but no return call.  I am going to have to touch base with my bank to get this canceled and most likely change my CC#.  I agree with all the posts here - why can't someone track these people down.  Thanks for all those who posted and alerted me to this scam.

I got a charge from them on 02/04. Only $9.60 but it's still annoying that I have to go through all the hassle of calling my bank and getting a new card (again). Why don't people just get jobs instead of thinking of ways of stealing money from someone else?

I also found a pending transaction as a "signed debit card" transaction on my online bank account from Den Enterprises for 9.55. Guess I'll have to change the cards. What a pain. I have no idea how my number was obtained. Like others, I have only been to familiar places, nothing new.

I too was hit with a 9.55 bogus charge on my debit card.  Since I didn't purchase anything from this vendor I searched the Internet and found this site. I contacted my bank right away.  Thank you all for posting this info or I would have been a victim.

I was hit with a $9.60 charge on my debit card.  Fortunately, I check my online bank statement often, so I was able to catch it.  It didn't match any of the purchases I made over the weekend.  I tried calling the number, and I only got voicemail.  I did a search for Den Enterprises on the internet and came across this website.  Thanks to all of you for the helpful information you have given.  I called my bank immediately to cancel my debit card.  I will go to the bank after work to fill out the fraud form.  I am never using my debit card online again.  I am switching to a prepaid card.

You know, there might be something to this Game Stop thing.  I have made purchases from Game Stop before, except I live in Iowa.  I got a charge on my card for $9.60 from Den Enterprises.  Has anyone else here made purchases from Game Stop?  I will never use my debit card at Game Stop again.

I recieved a $9.55 on my card.  Same ol' same ol' with the voicemail.  I canceled my cc and had a new shipped to me next day for $25.  Why can't the police track who the phone number is listed to?
