Primary Solutions is a well known scam company. They use works like "Agent" and "Investigation" in their phone calls to try and scare people into paying for debts they do not owe. They are scammers.

Thank you for sharing your information below. They just sent me 2 text messages. Who conducts business via text like that except scammers! Thank you.

I know. I feel bad for the people that fall for such an obvious scam.

I received a message like Frank's.

"I'm a process server w/Primary Solutions, appointed to server you papers for case 2014-33760. Would you like delivery at ***old address***?

Please have proper ID and witness present who can provide a signature. If there's no reply I'll have to bring the document to your employer."

They had called me once before. They have a very old address of mine and claimed I have a debt from a store where I have actually shopped. I don't know how they would have gotten that information other than lucky guess and public address records. I argued with the guy who called saying that I was not going to give my information over the phone when he could not verify his identity or company. I asked him to send me an email with a scan of the check I supposedly wrote and bounced almost 10 years ago, but never received it.

As someone who has been rebuilding my credit for years, I've certainly gotten threatening legitimate debt collector calls. I'm very angry to be continuing to get these threatening messages.

I received an identical text today. Also from Michael. Threatened to go to my work. Haven't heard back since

I received a text from this number not too long ago. I immediately became skeptical due to the method of contact. Also, I searched the case number included in the message and found nothing. I had to silently chucle when I thought about the process servers name :"Agent Hunt", get it?!
FYI: If you have ever had a payday loan go into default your name is entered into a nationwide database. If you attempt to reapply for another loan, the information you submit is shared with the previous claimant. !BAM! emp

This is proces server Agent Hunt. I been appointed to serve you papers for case 2014-XXXXX. Would you like delivery at : 123 main street , (no city) (no state) (no zipcode). Please have proper ID and witness present who can provide a signature. If there's no reply I'll have to bring the document to your employer.

"A very old address. And it was a text message.." fist off the only witness I'll bring is a police officer to have them arrested for breaking a law in California. I already told them they have the wrong person. And to cease all communication with me.
They did when I received a call weeks ago have the first 5 numbers of my social, but I did not give any information to them. I told them it's not me there looking for and good luck with what they are trying to do..

Just received this text today and already knew it was a scam or something because they couldn't even tell me my address!!!  Here is the text that I got:

"This is process server Hunt,  I been appointed to serve you with papers for case 2014-5466@. Would you like delivery at?  Please have proper ID and witness present who can provide a dignities.  If there's no reply I'll have to bring the documents to your employer.  You*re not obligated to accept your papers but may need them for court.  Cases where defenders doesn't show can result in a default judgment.  So good luck"

They didn't tell me my address or where I work!!!  Go figure!!
